Overall the food was great except the buffalo wings were very dry, hard, overcooked and came with a brown sauce that tasted like a mix of buffalo and Asian inspired sauce with sesame on top. The server confirmed this was their buffalo sauce. Didn’t like their spin on buffalo sauce and couldn’t eat them.
Our server didn’t write down the order for our table of 6 so he neglected to add one of sides we ordered and we had to order it again from another server.
We also ordered the alfredo without mushrooms and it came with mushrooms! When we asked the server he said he had told them without mushrooms but I’m not sure he did since he didn’t write down the order.
Another server stepped in after our initial server left and he was attentive.

Unprofessional Behavior of Waiter
Dear Manager’s of case café
I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding an unpleasant experience I had during my recent visit to your restaurant on June 29th, 2025.
Upon arrival, my wife and I attempted to sit at a table that appeared to be available, as there were no reservation signs or any indication that it was occupied or reserved. However, the waiter on duty approached us and insisted — in an unprofessional and argumentative manner — that the table was reserved. When we politely questioned this, given the lack of any signage, the waiter became dismissive and refused to offer any explanation or alternative with courtesy.
We understand and fully respect reservation policies, but the lack of clear communication and the staff member’s attitude were unacceptable. What should have been a pleasant dining experience turned into a frustrating encounter.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and appropriate action is taken to ensure better customer service in the future. Your restaurant has a good reputation, and we would like to continue visiting, but such experiences make it difficult to do so.

nothing special, ordinary cafe! The waiter and service were very upset! I was waiting for my salad for 40 minutes! I asked where my salad was after 30 minutes and by the look of the waiter he just forgot about it! I had limited time and I was hungry! I do not recommend, I visit last time this place!
