HORRIBLE! I spent a little over 25$ worth of cash, because this place doesn’t take card so I went to an ATM, I ordered all this food and ice cream for my family, my sister and I specifically ordered mangonadas, i kid you not my dish was frozen solid block of ice, I asked if they can mix ice cream or something, they had barely any left, so not even a full scoop and the proceed to try and charge me full price to fix their mistake, just aweful customer service

Ice cream and all products are amazing … but terrible customer service specially one of the main girls with red hair such a bad actitud , that’s why I don’t like to purchase at this location need to replace the girls ASAP I can tell I was not the only one at that moment who was feeling the same way hopefully we can see some changes If I give them another chance
