This was my first time ever experiencing a Cafe Zupas, and it did not disappoint! The cafe is very clean and all the workers were extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient. I appreciated that you can watch the workers make your food in front of you. I did find the chicken noodle soup to be very salty for me personally, but the California Cobb was very refreshing and light. My mom raved about the Wisconsin Cauliflower soup – and appreciated that you are able to add additional cheddar on top.

This place is usually my go to for a quick and healthy meal. However, I found a hair in my food. Sometimes that happens, no big deal. But I looked through my meal to check for more and there was a bug in my food as well.
I don’t know how that happens, and I find it unacceptable.

If you’re a salad lover like me, this place is a must-visit! They offer an incredible selection of fresh, vibrant salads that cater to every taste. The ingredients are top-notch—so crisp and flavorful, you can tell they prioritize quality. What truly made my experience unforgettable, though, was the exceptional service provided by Mariana. She was attentive and knowledgeable, making me feel right at home. Thanks to her recommendations, I discovered my new favorite salad. I can’t wait to come back and try more of their amazing options! Highly recommend!

This is my first time at Zupas and the food is absolutely incredible, I got the combo of “The Chris” and the bbq brisket and am already planning my combo for the next visit. Its also has been busy the entire time I’ve been here, but Mario, Daphne, and the rest of their team were so kind and patient with my entire family. 10/10 I’ll be back

Absolutely amazing food but the service is beyond slow. There’s only two people online and it took them over 15 minutes just to take our order. They should have somebody dedicated to the line when you order instead of taking online orders and ignoring the people in line. It’s amazing that they have the Dubai strawberries And new bowls on the menu.

I had a very unpleasant experience tonight at this Zupas. I arrived with my family at 8:50 PM, thinking the restaurant would closed at 9:30 PM. We ordered normally with a very nice girl who even asked if we’d be dining in or taking it to go. I said we’d eat there — not realizing they now close at 9.
When we got to the cashier, a young man with blue eyes took our payment and mentioned they were closing at 9. Since our food was already prepared and on the tray, we sat down quickly to eat (honestly, if they were in such a hurry to close, they should have said that only to go orders were available at that time, instead of offering dining-in option).
About five minutes later (right at 9:00), the same employee came over to our table and asked if we needed a to-go box because they were closed. His tone came off a bit rude, but I politely declined, thinking we could finish up in just a few minutes and be out of their way soon.
We all rushed to eat, cleared most of our table ourselves, and we were literally about to leave when, at 9:10, the same employee came again and said, “It’s already 9:10, ten minutes past closing. I will ask you to leave now.”
That comment was unnecessary and inconsiderate — especially since it was obvious we were wrapping up and cleaning up after ourselves. It completely ruined the dining experience.
I’ve been a frequent customer at this location, but after being treated this way, I don’t plan on coming back. A little courtesy and common sense go a long way — sadly, that was missing tonight.

The staff was very kind, and my food was prepared very quickly. I recently tried the new pumpkin chorizo, and I absolutely loved it. I originally didn’t like pumpkin, but Aaron, the employee, convinced me to try it. He was incredibly convincing and helpful!

The worst food! So disappointed. Went for a fundraiser and the quality was not there. The rice in my protein bowl was so crunchy it hurt my teeth. It made the bowl inedible. The kids meal chicken tenders were a joke. One was barely a nugget. And that wasn’t a one off, because both kids meals had a tiny tender. One of them had a sauce on it that I had to wipe off in order for my child to eat it. The drinks were flat, zero carbonation. I won’t be returning.

Cafe Zupas is my favorite lunch, and sometimes dinners places. I eat there at least 3x weekly. The location on Eastern is amazing. The staff, atmosphere, and the food is amazing and fresh. The best soups, salads, and sandwiches! The strawberry harvest salad is one of my favorites. With Strawberry vinaigrette dressing!

Food was great, it usually is, drive thru staff is phenomenal, the only issue I have is the drive thru not being verbal an being a tough screen I could barely reach, if your car is lower an you are short good luck lol it was hilarious for me cause there’s a button on top that says if you can’t reach press here. I would need to physically get out of my car to press it, you would figure that the situation would’ve gotten resolved by now, other than that, and the tiny strawberry everything was great. lol
You can pre order on the app that would be advisable.
