The food is usually good (can’t rate today’s food because I’ve been waiting 30 mins for my pickup order).
10+ people waiting. Asking others they waiting in excess of 30 mins (some 40 minutes) to get their food. People in line are getting food much faster. Avoid online pickup. Management needs to improved estimates for waiting or the employees need to be able to help the to go orders. They had a single person handling all the to go orders.
To Zupas, I already left feedback on your website, that’s how much time I’ve been waiting. Confirmation (#8018571) 5:58pm time estimate, actual food delivery time was 6:45.

The healthy menu choices are the only consistently good options across all stores. In this store on this evening the person who greeted us was super friendly but the ones who handled the soup order and the register were duds. We had to repeat everything twice before they understood what and how many. Either distracted or poorly trained or both. I ordered a vegetarian salad and somehow pieces of chicken showed up at the bottom of the bowl. Previous visits to this store were better but it’s hit or muss depending on the staff

Nick, Britany and Carlos were all super amazing and totally made me want to come back. Haven’t been here in years but I definitely won’t forget how energetic lively and welcoming Nick was. Carlos and us were even able to laugh like we were co workers that knew each other for a while. Definitely would recommend THIS LOCATION zupas is good but the people are what makes or breaks the experience.

I understand food being gone due to a fundraiser but I would appreciate a disclaimer at the beginning of the line if there is no free bread, no soups, and missing ingredients of sandwiches. We spent $40 for our second choices and double strawberries were offered to make up for missing bread but that wasn’t shared until after being rung up….

If you check the reviews on this Cafe Zupas location at Fort Union, you’re going to see a trend emerging that I also experienced: their food is great, but their service is struggling. I placed an online order for one item. When I arrived, my food wasn’t ready, and the backline was in absolute disarray; team members confused, trash on the ground, counters cluttered, orders everywhere. I ended up running a quick errand and I came back 15 minutes later and my food still wasn’t ready. It ended up taking them 30 minutes to make one order.
It’s really unfortunate when a place makes great food but they clearly haven’t invested in their management, their team, or their training.
There are plenty of other food options in the area — you may want to look elsewhere if you’re counting on a reliable experience.

I usually like Zupa’s food, so I decided to try their new Nourish protein bowl. I’m not a big fan of arugula, so I figured I could just pick it out. This is how much I pulled out, and what’s left…. When the greens take more space than the rice, it’s not a bowl, it’s a salad. If I ever decide to try it again, I’ll ask for no arugula. There’s also supposed to be sweet potatoes and cauliflower in this and there isn’t.

First time ever coming here and it was amazing. The staff are all amazing and so nice. I appreciated their kindness and honesty of the soup(lasagna soup)I wanted was still cooking. I waited and they came up to me with my soup as fast as it could be cooked. I give no fault to them for the wait. The soup so good it ran out before I got there. No foul no complaints. Oh also they give you strawberry covered with chocolate with your order. It was so sweet and awesome! Oh also the bread they give for on the side was yummy. I really preferred the dinner roll type bread(especially spreading butter onto it). What else? Oh, it was strange to drink their chilled coco drink. A hot drink chilled,was super weird, but I couldn’t stop myself to just drink a cup of it. Odd combo with my order,but again I did it for the heck of it. Honestly not my cup of tea, but still enjoyed trying things. Thanks to the staff for the awesome hospitality you’ve given me on my first time being in this restraunt/food place.
P.S. its kinda sad of the amount you get is what breaks your wallet, but I get it. Inflation and stuff or something(really the only con foe this place).

I placed a catering order 10 days in advance. I even confirmed everything with the catering rep the day before to make sure there were no issues. I did my part.
They showed up and delivered HALF the order. Half; For a fully confirmed catering order.
When I called about the missing items, instead of fixing their mistake immediately, I was asked to send them a list of what was missing — as if I was responsible for auditing their incompetence. I sent the list right away. Then the manager called, claimed he was “getting to the bottom of it,” and said his crew was “working on it.”
Forty minutes later — 40 minutes — they called back to say they couldn’t fulfill the rest of the order.
Unbelievable. Ten days’ notice. Confirmation the day before. And they still couldn’t manage to deliver a complete order.
This is beyond unprofessional — it’s flat-out irresponsible. They completely screwed us over and didn’t even have the decency to fix it. Absolutely unacceptable.

This Zupas is special. I got a meal for free today and little did they know I just picked up a food order from the church today. The manager was very attentive and considerate. Would go out of my way to go to this one! Sweet kids and kind staff.
