They really should put more focus on to go orders. Mine is always at least 10 minutes late which when you have a 15 minute break it doesn’t work. Loses my business. Photo is everyone who has been waiting for 20+ minutes with me. Every time I come here. The regular line has gone through at least 10x they don’t prioritize a timed online order to in person. So ridiculous .

I love zuppas, but the service at this South Jordan location is the worst. I think they need more staff. The last four times I’ve been there, they’ve always forgotten something on my bowl. Today I ordered delivery and asked for extra goat cheese, and honestly, it doesn’t seem like they added any extra.

Service was incredible. I went at a slower time and I was the only one there. Courtney and the other worker were both amazing. Very personable and very very nice. Was a great experience having them there. Thank you both!!!

The food is always great, but I’m always waiting 15 minutes to get my online order. I always get there at the time it says it’s ready, but I still wait every single time. I get it if things are busy, but maybe don’t put a time as early as they do if it is busy? Maybe do like a 30 minute pick up window…

Always making changes that fall back to consumer such as the kids meal doesn’t qualify for the points anymore. It’s a small incentive but taken away over greed. With the combo meal, they took away the roll if you don’t get a soup, but the menu says it comes with it. This place can’t seem to keep employees longer than a month so maybe that’s why it’s always messy.
It’s always hit or miss with the soup. Like today, the chick pea barely had any chick peas, the broth tasted like water, and the vegetables were tough. If I wanted raw veggies I would have gotten a salad. Meat was forgotten in my husbands salad. I’m just sick of trying with this place. Literally a problem happens EVERY single visit.

I have never been to this location but not very impressed. The other locations are way better. This one the other drinks outside of the soda machine looked terrible and my mango berry salad had no dressing and the fruit was all frozen. Don’t recommend this location.

I LOVE Zupas, not sure why the reviews are so low, but the food taste great and the prices are so affordable!! I got the 2 combo with a full sandwich and a half salad. I couldn’t even finish the whole meal because the portions were so huge! They also give you a small piece of bread and a chocolate covered strawberry with whatever you order!! The staff are SOO friendly and nice, they always answer any questions i have. It does get quite busy, but there’s a lot of seating. The whole place is very spacious and has ample amount of seating. Definitely will be coming back for quick and affordable lunches! 🙂

Salad showed up with mold on the berries, rotten lettuce, poppyseed dressing with no poppyseeds in it, just separated oil and no roll. Not to mention the portion was tiny. Zupas continues to disappoint.

NEVER ONLINE ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!! For the last year they have had a reoccurring issue of preparing pick up orders 20-30+ minutes after the quoted pick up time. I try giving them another shot every few months assuming they will have fixed the problem by now, but am more infuriated each time. I placed a 12 o’clock pick up order at 11:20 am, and am still waiting for them to start preparing the order over 35 minutes later. They completely ignore online orders and focus solely on their line, at which point they should get rid of online orders altogether. I have submitted multiple complaints to corporate without any success. Please skip this location for your own sanity.
