Got a moldy strawberry with my order. Sandwich was otherwise great and tasty.
Ordered an extra strawberry, did not receive it, albeit kind of not too perturbed because again the original strawberry was moldy.

I have never had an issue with this location until today! I had an online order for pick up at 3:30. I arrived right on time and my order wasn’t ready. No biggie! I was happy to wait. There were only two female employees working the front of the restaurant and not a single person eating in the dining area. And 3 young teenagers in the line ordering food. Not busy at all! One of the girls started bagging my food and got about half way done and came to me and said “I’m sorry, I’ll finish your order when I can. I need to help her (the other employee).” At this point I had been waiting 10 minutes past my pick up time. She also informed me that they were “out of tomato basil soup for the day” it was 3:30??? I’m sure tomato basil is one of their most popular soups! I am sure lots of people during the dinner rush were going to be just as disappointed as me. I had to then make a last minute decision on a different soup. Again, no biggie, just a bummer. The last thing she needed to do for my order was make 2 Mini Melted Chocolate Strawberry cups. She helped restock some things for the other employee who was making sandwiches for the other people in line. She then ran to the back and brought up 3 cases of strawberries and started doing the rest of my order. I don’t believe the strawberries were even washed… She was pulling them straight out of the container they come in. To top it off, she started chopping the tops of the strawberries with a knife they used to cut sandwiches and instead of cutting the strawberries on a cutting board she cut them up right on the counter. I don’t believe this is sanitary! I was extremely disappointed considering these MINI strawberry cups are $9.00 each. The least I can expect is that the fruit is washed and prepped properly. I left and chose to not eat the dessert. The employee was apologetic and I appreciated that but they clearly needed more help and more training. I won’t be returning to this location.

Went to Zuppas in Quarry’s Bend to pick up an early dinner for my wife and I. Ordered two sandwiches, Two soups plus drinks and it cost me $42.15 w/tax.
Turkey Avocado sandwich consisted of meat,
Very little mayo, hardly any lettuce, old avocado and the end pieces of a tomato??? My ham and cheese sandwich had meat, very little lettuce and mayo with the same end pieces of tomato?? That’s either total incompetence or deliberate! I’ll never go back to this Zuppas again! OVERCHARGED FOR POOR FOOD! Some retraining is definitely needed here…

Consider another location.
I’ve ordered delivery several times from this location and not received the sauce with my order. I thought ordering pick up would ensure better order accuracy, but it was worse. The food quality has deteriorated rapidly and they’ve consistently excluded items that should’ve been part of the order. These issues are unique to this location.

We’ve been to this location multiple times recently and every time leave feeling frustrated. The service is so slow and feels like they prioritize online orders over the in person customers. Tonight we witnessed unhygienic practice while handling food as well. The employees were touching their hair, face, clothes, check out screens with the same gloves used to handle food such as rolls and chocolate covered strawberries. The employees seem inattentive. Much prefer other locations such as the fort union one.

Placed a pick up order. Was told by the system when I ordered a 12 minute wait for a ASAP pick up time. Waited over 30 minutes for my order to be ready. Then had to wait longer because the oyster crackers were out of stock at the counter. Got home and my soup is 3/4 full. I get it not being all the way full for transporting. But for a $14 meal this is ridiculous.

Used to be a good economical place to come to once a week. Getting worse every time I come, now down to maybe once a month. Desserts convenience store junk compared to the old menu. This location is constantly out of nearly everything. They could even make my sandwich completely. Delivery drivers standing all over waiting making the atmosphere weird. If your going to focus so much on take out that you don’t care about dine in, do us a favor and put a sign and close the lobby. Employees look scared of management as well. It’s really too bad.

For a long time, I’ve had a hard time ordering here because of poor hospitality and customer service, but today was totally different!
Juan and Felipe were awesome! Juan educated me on the Zupas app and how I can earn points which was super cool and is something I will definitely be downloading! He made sure my meal wasn’t contaminated with tomatoes because of an allergy. Felipe let me try out your new potato soup ( btw) and told me you guys were hiring! Will be recommending you guys out to friends! With this positive change of culture and customer service within this establishment, I will definitely be coming in more often!

This is the slowest, lowest quality Zupas I’ve been to. None of the employees want to help, they are really slow, the cheesecake they gave me was definitely expired (it tasted like blue cheese). Really like Zupas, just not this location.
