They always screw up my food. I ordered a Turkey Bacon Alvarado sandwich and they HEATED it. The avocado is nasty. The tomatoes were limp and hit and the sauce was terrible hot and entirely too much of it. And it looks smashed. Flat and very unappealing. 8.00 for this hot mess that looks like it was rescued out of the garbage. The places and employees forget that customers CHOOSE eat at their establishment, when we can go anywhere, but the care taken is non existent. Times are tough and the prices are still going up. I’ll go elsewhere.

The candy cane chocolate cup looks good, but it’s sugar goop made out of marshmallows, chocolate, and candy canes with strawberries on the side. It tastes like there are 100 grams of sugar. I would not wish this on anyone

I love this place. The strawberry salad is my favorite. I added the Mediterranean sandwich to my new favorites last night. Great food and service. The music is always too loud and it’s hard to hear people sitting next to you. Not great for work meetings, but perfect for a quick lunch.

I’ve been eating at this Zupas since I was a wee lad, back when I only ordered the child’s grilled cheese and the fruit cup. My taste buds have grown and expanded as I’ve gotten older, and so has my appreciation for this location. The line is usually long or long-ish, but despite all of the customers, the wait for our food has never been excessive or ridiculous. The staff members here are pleasant and polite, even with how busy they are preparing food.
Speaking of food, the menu here has a decent variety of options, and my order is always delicious and filling. The food is also pretty reasonably priced for what you get. Some may complain that it’s too expensive, but keep in mind that the food here is a step above McDonald’s and Wendy’s, so of course it’ll cost a little more. Not every place can have a $5 meal combo, you know.
The atmosphere is pretty chill, just know the music can be a little loud. There’s also occasionally a little trash on the floor or table from some idiot(s) who didn’t clean up after their meal (shame on them), but it’s really nothing horrendous or awful. For the number of times I’ve been over my lifetime and the little to no problems I’ve had, there’s definitely a reason I keep coming back. I would 100% recommend this Zupas.

Kami assisted me with preparing my food in line and Was absolutely delightful! She is so personable and treated me like I was the most important person in line as she did the other customers. Her smile and upbeat personality made a great impression on me.
Suri Was, very busy working in the lobby and when she saw that, my friend and I wanted to sit in a particular booth that had not yet been cleaned, she rushed Over and cleaned the table and seats for us. Her job seems very demanding, but she made us feel very important!!

The food is always incredible, great environment but the staff is truly a cut above! Selena on the front line is always very engaging, professional, answers questions even when the store is busy and is quick to offer new menu items. The same goes for Erik and Juan. I love this place!

Love this place. Cafe Zupas is always clean, fast, and consistent. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the food is fresh every single time. You can tell they care about quality. It’s my go-to spot when I want something healthy that still tastes great. Highly recommend.

Employees were Great and very helpful. Service area where you are supposed to leave you trash was overflowing with trash. Napkin dispenser was empty. Salad I had was marginal. As was my companion’s salad.

Only came here to try their Dubai chocolate strawberry. Boy, it was a pricey dessert but so worth it because it was delicious. I have not tried their meals here, but everything looked delicious, so I will update again when I try their sandwich or salad next time 🙂
