I normally love Zupas, we decided to eat inside this time and it was not a great experience. First it was super understaffed, only one guy making everyone’s food. When we got our food it started out great until we actually looked at our plates. I honestly totally lost my appetite. I am pregnant which also made me even more concerned about food poisoning. All of our plates and bowls were filthy, it looks like stuff has been baked on and hasn’t been properly cleaned in quite a while. We were able to scrape it off with our nails which honestly was disgusting. I am shocked something hasn’t been done about those. As a customer it made me lose interest in ever going back, what else isn’t being cleaned properly?

MOLDY STRAWBERRY!!! I made a to go order online, they did make it fast and it was ready. The rest of the food was good I won’t lie. But then I bite into the desert strawberry and there was for sure mold all on the inside. I didn’t notice until after I had swallowed. I didn’t know whether to make myself throw up the first bite or what so I guess we will see what happens tomorrow. I’m lucky because they usually aren’t that big and you just eat them whole.

There was ONE guy working behind the counter trying to make food for at least 30 people in a line. He had the best attitude and was so kind!
The girl working the register had no clue how to enter food let alone how to enter it correctly. I had to repeat my order to her at least 5 or 6 times before it was entered correctly.
The manager here is awful. He couldn’t be bothered for even 2 minutes to help either of his employees get through the line. While trying to be checked out by the register girl he stepped in and completely stole the computer from her to print a to go order receipt. All while snapping at me for trying to correct my order that the girl typed in incorrectly.
My salad had no berries and no nuts in it. It was all lettuce. No joke.
We sat for about 30 minutes. Now there is one girl trying to make food and check out at the same time. They clearly need more employees or a manager to step up and help.
This place is seriously struggling. I’ll pick a different location next time.

I love there soup and salad take 2 combos. It’s a great place for a delicious lunch. We love the chocolate strawberries. One of our family favorites!

We were the only people ordering, yet no one was taking our order. Eventually someone came out and asked what we wanted but he was not looking at us and was turning his back to us doing other things while taking our order. It was very disorganized.
We specified three times that we wanted the combo with a full sandwich and full soup, but when we were rang up we were charged for a full sandwich and full soup, even though we received a half soup and were expecting the combo price. When I handed the cashier the receipt to ask if it was correct he said “glad you caught that” then threw our receipt away.
We watched an employee drop a piece of meat down in a crack and proceed to put it back on a sandwich. Also, the images on the menu were misleading. The portions were small.
However, the food tasted good.

Staff here was great! I had a group of 4, and will admit we had no idea what we wanted. Can imagine we weren’t the best customers, asking tons of questions and indecisive. Everyone was patient and very helpful! Food and atmosphere was great, place was clean, definitely a great place for lunch!

Kaleb and Rhya were great from the start. Very friendly and talkative more than just ordering our food. They gave us options and were patient as we had a large order. The food was warm and tasted yummy. Great portions for the price. Highly recommend the ultimate grilled cheese and lobster bisque and the Mediterranean bowl.

I also got actively marketed to for my entire visit. Read the customer guys – I don’t want to tell you “no” 10 times to every up-sale you offer.
