We had a really nice experience at Zupas, especially as a family. I ordered the Wisconsin cauliflower soup and a grilled cheese, and both were so good. Comfort food done right. The location is fantastic too, right by Thanksgiving Point and the outlets, which makes it an easy and convenient stop with kids. The only small hiccup was that the high chairs could have been cleaner, which is always something moms notice. Overall though, the food, location, and experience were great, and I would absolutely come back.

Not kidding when I tell you this is my favorite place on earth I mean it. The food never disappoints and it’s always the freshest Everytime I visit. The service is honestly the best it can get because everyone is so nice and always willing to help. Go here to get the best experience.

In March 2025, we visited Cafe Zupas in American Fork, Utah. It is located on Main Street, close to the Interstate 15, and it shares the same parking area as In-N-Out Burger. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, and the food was delicious. They have a large selection of soups, salads, and sandwiches, and they custom make each meal with their friendly food line workers. We had a great experience dining at Cafe Zupas and the food was excellent. Thank you, Cafe Zupas for providing a terrific meal and atmosphere.

I always love a visit to Zupas. The crew was especially friendly while they helped fill my order. I got my usual California Cobb Salad and Ultimate Grilled Cheese. After I paid, the staff member at the register offered to help me carry my tray to a table since I was balancing a baby carrier. That was really kind and such a big help–above and beyond!

Cafe zupas has been a huge part of my eating out life for a long time but I recently had an ordering experience that made me almost want to cut it out.
I ordered through their app for delivery because it was on of those crazy days and I was really looking forward to a good meal. When my food arrived I was shocked to see that not only did my chocolate covered strawberries not have any chocolate on them, 75% of it was no where to be found, but there was several other problems with my order. I had ordered and payed for Avocado, which normally entails a half an avocado. I received two small leftover pieces…. for two dollars… I also found out only after I had bitten into it that a blackberry in my salad had mold on it, you could easily taste the mold, and almost threw up because of it. Disheartened I messaged the company about my order hoping that someone would reach out and help me understand why this had happened to me. No response…. nothing, not even a call to see if I was okay. I understand that business are busy. But this was both a health issue as well as a long time customer having several problems. So I decided to share my experience to help other customers since the business wasn’t interested. I won’t be going to the American fork Main street Cafe zupas ever again and I’m strongly considering not going to any if this is their practices.

I love Zupas! However, tonight I went in to the AF store. I placed my order with the first kid. Then the next employee asked me if I needed soup so I told her again. Then the next one asked me what I had so I told her again. Then the cashier asked me what I had and I repeated again. And then I got home and my Ultimate Grilled cheese was nothing more than bread and cheese. Nothing else on it. So I called the store just to let them know so they could be more aware (it appeared there was a new girl training) and the girl on the phone laughed and said “Oh, we must have mixed it up with an online order.” Followed by more giggles. No apology. No asking if they could make it right. There are many Zupas. I’ll skip AF in the future.

I’ve been to several Zupas and this was probably my best experience. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and super tasty. I really enjoyed my meal and left super satisfied. I highly recommend getting the TBA toasted, per the recommendation of the person taking my order. Also, get half tomato and Wisconsin cauliflower soup. SO GOOD! I highly recommend.

Zupas has been a staple for our family. We go there a few times a month. Lately the quality of the food has gone downhill at this location. There’s also nothing worse than standing at the register waiting to pick up your order while the entire staff is on the other side of the store chatting it up. And while it isn’t the most expensive option out there, I pay enough that I would expect better than this.I think we might be done with Zupas.

To tell you I’m fuming doesn’t even begin to describe this place, especially its management. Zupas is my family’s favorite restaurant. To the point of having them cater my wedding. My wife and I order it every weekend for date night, and recently moved to Pleasant Grove. This is the third week we’ve ordered and the third time they neglected to add the extra strawberries and nuts I order for my salad. I can look past that, it’s not that big of a deal. Still a great salad. When I sat down to eat tonight I noticed the dressing didn’t look right. It was a weird translucent yellowish color and didn’t have the milkiness that the nuts about berries salad dressing normally has. I took one bite and realized it was literally oil with poppyseeds in it. Tasted nothing close to what it’s supposed to taste like. My wife then called to complain and spoke with the manager, I believe his name was Kyle, who assured her that he was there and they check every single order to ensure that they are correct. So what you’re saying is that if I am paying to double the amount of strawberries that this is normal for American Fork? I’ve been to many of the locations across the state and that is absolutely false. Luckily I took a picture when I got home of what it looked like before, and had to go through and dig out every tiny sliver of strawberry in the salad. I wouldn’t normally care, but the way that Kyle was so dismissive of my wife’s concerns and going on and on about the checks they have in place to assure the correct order, going as far as to insinuate that my wife’s concerns weren’t true because he was there and can verify that the order was correct. Well Kyle, please take a moment to gander at the quality of your location’s work. If that’s double the amount of strawberries and nuts then that says a lot about your location. They did say that they make sure every order is correct, but we are welcome to dig through our order every time we order before we leave. Because that’s definitely my job. I should be able to trust that you know how to do your job Kyle. I don’t care about the extra $1.58 I spent on extras. It’s inconvenient, but I’m also not going to raise a fuss over it. I care that Zupas management treated my wife as an annoyance and insinuated that our complaints were invalid because you were there, finally issuing a partial refund then hanging up in the middle of her talking. Speaks volumes about the people running this location. This location and the people running it are well below sub par. Will not be returning.

I love this Zupas! It’s better than the Saratoga one. The food is better and the staff is usually nicer here
