Unfortunately I found a giant tooth pick in the middle of my sandwich melted into the cheese. I reached out to Cafe Zuppas via their website and I was not satisfied with their response. They seemed to think the toothpick was just on top in the bread to hold it together and would not let me send more photos. I felt brushed off and feel this was a potentially dangerous situation. Very disappointed.

First time here. Very good food. I had s salad sandwich combo. Cobb was super fresh. Sandwich was barbeque with cole slaw bread was super fresh. I ordered take out but decided to stay in.

First off I’m leaving this review because I’m a long time customer of the Edina Zupas. I really enjoy your soups and I’m still coming back, but what I saw tonight really made an impression on me. I’m a local MN chef and I’ve always really appreciated your operation. Your walk in is always clean and organized and your soups are tasty and super consistent. Today however I had a different experience. We walked in to order takeout on 2/24/26 at about 6:00PM, and having ordered only three things, made it to the front of the line and left checkout at around 6:40. You were short on vegetable prep for quite a few things, and had an older woman in the back plugging away at veggie prep at a slow but steady pace, but it wasn’t really enough to keep up. What was painful about the experience wasn’t the fact that you were in the weeds. It happens to everyone at some point. There were a lot of younger kids on your line but nobody seemed to have any hustle or direction. You had two or three guys just standing around, unclear on what to do to bail you out. I’m not sure if there was no kitchen manager on duty, but it seemed like it. I totally understand that sometimes a weird perfect storm of walk ins and door dash just catch you by surprise, but your team seemed really unprepared to deal with it.

I love this place! the manager there went above and beyond! I ordered to go, I heard the person tell the sandwich maker the 2 sandwiches by the time I got to the cashier to pay the one of the sandwiches never got into the box to go! i was upset, stupid to be upset over a sandwich, when I called in to talk about it, he immediately took control no questions asked, all he knew is I was upset! he didn’t care about the rest, I was not charged for the missing sandwich at the register, I didn’t know that until after I talked to the manager at my door, he took it upon himself to make it all right! he brought me the sandwich and get this! a nice piece of cheese cake! unbelievably over the top! nicest guy in the world! in this world you don’t see that very often if at all! so I say to all of you

Umm… yum! First timer here and it was delicious. Service was also fast and great. The first greeter with the curly hair was super nice and fast. He told us they ran out of avocados and we could sub it for something else.
The tea they have here is also amazing. You probably can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

I order this as a delivery and was content with the order but not very impressed. I don’t think I will be ordering from here again. It’s not very special and just an ordinary sandwich with a side salad. The best part was the chocolate covered strawberry it came with.

We ordered our Zupas for a 6:30pm time slot and we didn’t get our one meal order until 7:16pm. I realize restaurants can be understaff but you need to remove your order ahead option. We are so disappointed. No option to cancel either.

If there ever was a splendid absolutely wonderful place to eat this is it people!! The produce fresh everyday the food so delicious and fresh. And most of all the service is phenomenal Manager Mark just Uber amazing his personality above also Blake thank you are so wonderful. Also the hygiene here just super.

There is a relaxing and bright atmosphere at Cafe Zupas. You can easily sample a few soup options if you are not sure which one to choose. I had a wonderful lunch with my friend. She enjoyed a sandwich and salad. I really liked the mushroom soup and brisket grilled cheese. The dinner roll and added crunchy onions were quite tasty with the bisque. The chocolate covered strawberry was a delightful way to end the meal. I noticed several other dessert options for those looking for more treats. There was cheesecake, chocolate mouse and rocky road brownies. Yum!

When they first opened they made a point to advertise that they dont accept /have a tip option because they pay their employees a fair wage. Somewhere a long the line this changed because the signs have been gone amd tips options pop up. Im unsure what happened to this business concept which I thought was great, but it leave me confused when a business goes back on what they’ve advertised.
Also, don’t buy their holiday candy cane chocolate cup things. It was $15!!!!! No wonder there wasn’t a price advertised .
