Food was good, though my order was wrong. Chicken noodle soup is good. Wish the ordering was set up different, this is almost cafeteria style ordering which is fine, but when its busy…. its kind of a mess. Seating can be hard to find during rushes. Parking lot fills fast as there are other businesses that also use it.

I’m a huge fan of this place, but this is the fifth time the lobster bisque has tasted more like tomato soup than lobster. The Maple Grove location uses the most tomato; I was at Eagan last week and it had fewer tomatoes, but the quality has gone down.

Delicious sandwich and soups. Bowls are so fresh and full of veggies. Healthy and yum. Additional charm was complimentary chocolate dip strawberries there.

I ordered the pick 2 of salad and soup, with mushroom and lobster bisque mixed together. They left out some of the ingredients on my Cobb salad and I didn’t notice until it was too late, and when they poured out my soups when they found out that I was mixing them together they poured out half of each so I got half the total amount I was supposed to get. Not coming back to this location.

Went there on a whim, and I’ll have to say I’m pleasantly surprised! The food was really good, really fresh with plentiful healthy options including options for the vegetarian. They offer some really great soup options, including the roasted red pepper lobster, which was tasty and actually had a bit of a bite in spice. The salads and dressing along with the plentiful variety of greens, nuts, berries etc, was refreshing and far from bland. They also offer fountain drinks that are made in store with simple ingredients. The chocolate covered strawberries were a very nice touch. Keep it up and we’ll be back for more… I think we finally found a place that satisfies or picky eating when we need something fast.

Great food. The salad was incredible – I don’t typically like salads but there was lots of flavor and the greens were unbelievably fresh. I also had the turkey avocado club sandwich which was good, But a little on the small side. The lunch special cost about $10 and included the sandwich, salad, a roll, and a chocolate covered strawberry. Overall, the staff was super friendly and very nice and the store was immaculately clean. It was relatively busy for a Thursday late lunch but the line moves pretty quickly.

I am so glad we ate here!! I love the concept. The food was delicious with so many different options to choose from. I wish we lived closer and could eat here all the time. I had the Strawberry Harvest salad and it was great! My husband really enjoyed his meal too… He ate in like 3 minutes flat. And you can’t go wrong with a place that gives you a chocolate covered strawberry with your meal. I can’t wait to come back!

Extremely unprofessional and rude. Will never be returning to this zupas. Only tried to grab my food as I’ve done before because no one was handing out the to go orders, and they were in the different to-go area (not out where they usually are). So I went to grab it as no one was helping to hand them out and got immediately screamed at by an employee, and then grabbed and pushed by her as well. The touching was completely unprovoked, and felt threatening. Never in my life have I experienced this disrespect before.
