Clean, reasonable prices with generous portions. Friendly staffs with the most dysfunctional ordering system. Placed orders and told to ask for soup at the soup station went ok. Then each of us had repeat all our orders again at the cash register(if you are buying lunches for the family/friends this will take a long time to repeat each one’s order). Ordering system needs improvement with today’s competitive industrial. Generous dressing Avocado Cesar salad was ok. strawberry salad was good. Both salad were freshly crisped. Avocado turkey sandwiches and cheese sandwiches were good. Sandwiches bread were fresh and soft. Flavorless chicken noodles soup were below average. Dubai strawberries chocolate cup with crushed roasted pistachios nuts was overly sweet. the kataifi crisps give better texture. Strawberry with chocolate dip was average.

You have to come and try the fall menu items! Apple crisp refreshers is a delightful drink. .. tastes like fall… Refreshing! They got an apple chocolate Carmel dessert similar to their strawberry one. Only critic is I would add more Carmel than chocolate. Apples and Carmel go very well together … The chocolate should be drizzled as an added flavor. The fall bacon grilled cheese…. So yummy! Cheese, apple slice in there, bacon and some kind of jelly that was good. Altogetheraynot sound good? But zupas is noted for it’s unusual combinations that make great taste together! The only other critic I would give .. they don’t wipe down the tables or clean the food waste/trash areas often. The bins are full always…. When I am there and no one is wiping things up. On Fridays it’s HOPPING…. Notstop drive thru the 1 1/2 hr I was there. Up beat place to be… On friday. ! I like to order online and then come in and get my drink and sip while I wait and watch the busyness…..

On a road trip from the southwest and wish we had one of these! Fresh salads were so so good. Got the curry protein bowl (soup over greens! Amazing!) and the chipotle salad. Staff was friendly. Prices were great! Roll and strawberry were above and beyond.

I was going to order online on my way to a friend’s house thought it would be quicker but decided to pop in for a to go order instead. Wow they were so fast like 3 minutes maybe making my food.
I ordered a salad and the fall bacon grilled cheese. and they gave us the Wisconsin cauliflower cheese soup with buns, this was the highlight ! It was all delicious!! Oh and the service was amazing too!

I have gone here twice to eat. Both times, the food was incredibly overpriced and nasty. The first time I ate there, my protein bowl didn’t have half the ingredients. Today, I gave them a second chance. I ordered the chicken and avocado cesar salad. They forgot to put the avocado on, there was 3 pieces of slimy chicken, and the portion was small (see photo next to my key fob). I stopped eating midway because the chicken was so disgusting.

Experienced racism here today from the lady at the front. Whatever her name was, she ignored me when I went in to complain and helped others. Never once did she acknowledge me except for the guy in the back. I was a loyal customer till today. Never again. There was a Hispanic lady waiting for her food for over 30 minutes while they attended others as well. Given everything going on I’m disappointed that this was the treatment I received.

First visit! I was able to take my time to check out the menu. The staff was very friendly. I liked being able to sample the soup before I got a bowl. I ordered the pick 2 with a salad and soup. It came with bread and a chocolate covered strawberry. Delicious!

In order here a lot, like probably weekly. Most recently it’s seemed to really go downhill. Waiting for up to 20 minutes in the drive through like when you have an online order, things being incorrect and if they are correct they barely put any toppings on it. Most recently I was in the drive through waiting for a long time with an online order, I finally got my food and was asked what drink I had. I explained the new Dr pepper one and before I could finish she turned around and started filling a drink, she handed it to me and I asked if she had given me the one with the added raspberry and coconut (the one I ordered and paid for) she had not, took it back and came back with a drink that when I tasted it was still just Dr Pepper with maybe a little different taste but it was totally flat. I was late for work because I was in the drive through for 15 minutes so I didn’t have time to have her fix it again but super disappointed in the service lately
