Really liked this place! The menu is great, and the ingredients taste fresh and high-quality.
It was my first time ordering here, and I wish they had some self-order kiosks. Trying to figure out the menu while ordering can be a bit stressful when you’ve got a people waiting behind you.
During peak hours, I noticed the line can get a little long.
All in all, tasty food, fresh ingredients, and a place I’d definitely visit again — just give me a kiosk next time, and it’s five stars! ⭐

The sandwiches and soup are amazing, they also have really good warm bowls too. My favorite part is definitely getting a chocolate strawberry with my meal. The service has always been friendly and I love their drink variety. I’ve been looking for more fruity drinks that aren’t soda to kick the habit. Will be back!

Everyone was incredibly helpful and extremely accommodating. They were patient and friendly, even when orders were customized or a little complicated, and they handled everything with a smile. What really stuck with me was how attentive they were, staff members would come over and help clear your tray when you were finished, even if they were on their way to take a break.
It’s rare to see that level of genuine hospitality. The team clearly cares about creating a welcoming environment, and it made my short visit feel that much more enjoyable so I went back the next day, I recommend.

While this isn’t a dedicated gluten free facility my mom (who is very sensitive to gluten) feels safe to eat here. I have a dairy allergy and found it was a great place as they had plenty of options around dairy. The Korean kick bowl was good though I do think it needs a bit of kimchi. My mom loved the Mediterranean bowl. My dad said the curry soup was great. I agree. They were kind enough to offer me a sample of the curry at the counter and I thought it was deliciously creamy with a perfect spicy kick. The interior is welcoming with many big windows and an overall urban feel.

I was there on July 9th. My order was a chipotle salad. However, there were some ingredients I wanted to change, and the staff was super friendly and understanding, helping me combine them. The food was delicious and had a great flavor. I will definitely be back. I live in Miami, and there’s no place like this. The atmosphere was super nice; I truly felt very comfortable.

My girlfriend and I are regulars at the Eagan Café Zupas, and every visit reminds us why we keep coming back. It’s honestly one of our favorite spots. The employees are always incredibly kind and welcoming, which makes such a difference. But Ben, the manager, truly goes above and beyond for his customers. When I mentioned I couldn’t find my birthday reward email, he went out of his way to make my day by surprising me with a free cake and two fountain drinks. That kind of generosity and customer care really sticks with you. He really shows how much he values his customers. His kindness, positivity, and genuine care for customers make this location special. We always leave feeling appreciated, and we’ll definitely keep coming back!! <3 :)

I thoroughly LOVE this place! Great wholesome food, salads, soups, sandwiches, and desserts. The atmosphere is upbeat and cheerful, the staff are very professional yet friendly. You have much selections! My favorites: the mushroom soup, curry, and the salads are fabulous, love the honey cottage cheese protein bowl, and every meal gets a choc dipped strawberry is a nice nice treat!
