An amazing place that has delicious sandwiches and incredible soups. You get a chocolate covered strawberry with every purchase. Cheese cake is incredible. Fountain drinks machine available. Speciality juices also available. Plenty of parking.

I’m really disappointed to be writing this, because Café Zupas used to be one of my favorite places. We’ve been going there regularly for over a year and always enjoyed our meals until today.
I found a bug in my avocado salad, and when we brought it to their attention, the staff didn’t apologize or offer a refund. Instead, they just handed us another soup. The woman helping us was very rude and didn’t seem to care at all about the situation. At some point she told the manager, who also did nothing.
This experience completely changed how we feel about Café Zupas. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

Yesterday my daughter found a worm in her chocolate covered strawberry. When I took it to show the employees, one was extremely rude and dismissive and just said, ‘We can’t control what comes in our produce, nothing we can do about it,” and kept walking. Two other employees were grossed out and felt bad, and offered another strawberry…uh, hell no! So then they gave her a cookie. I understand that sometimes things happen, but if either one of us had bitten into it, they would have had vomit all over that restaurant, and I don’t think a cookie is apology enough. The worst part was the reaction by the first employee, he should not be in customer service of any kind!

First time coming here. The portions were great for the price and the food was delicious as well. I love that they add a chocolate strawberry to each entree. Sets them apart from other places. Will definitely be back

Overall I like the concept of this place. It’s a health-focused counter serve restaurant with a focus on build your own bowls or salads. The biggest problem I have with this place is the confusing ordering process due to how many options they have combined with the price. If you order a bowl, you only get a limited amount of things to add on before they start charging for each topping. All protein costs extra money as well. If you aren’t paying attention, a $9 bowl can easily creep up to nearly $15. The portions are small as well and my small scoop of rice and chicken did not fill me up. I recommend ordering online to try and avoid the issues we had ordering in-store. Overall this is a good concept but they need to do some tweaking to their pricing structure.

We had Cafe Zupas catered in for a meeting at the office. Everyone loves when we get Cafe Zupas!!! The food is always fresh and delicious! The sandwiches are great. The salads are super fresh… and the soups are out of this world! Plus I love the cookies. I highly recommend eating at Cafe Zupas! I can’t wait to eat it again.

WOW!!!! I absolutely loved the mushroom bisque soup here. Probably the best soup I’ve ever had. Creamy and plentiful with mushrooms. The BBQ brisket sandwich was a very surprising and delicious sandwich as well. The overall ordering experience is efficient. Time to get the food was quick, and everything was fresh, especially the baguette, I was amazed. Another wonderful surprise was the giant chocolate covered strawberry!! Entry and tables are ADA friendly. Parking here gets crowded at lunch.

I love eating at Cafe Zupas! The food is excellent and tastes so fresh. This is an upscale sandwich shop that serves soups and salads. I like to order the choose 2 combo, which includes chocolate covered strawberries! My favorite sandwich is the Turkey Bacon Avocado. I would hands down go to this sandwich shop for lunch or dinner over other sandwich shops in this town.
