We’ve been to another one of the Cafe Zupas locations and loved it. Although the food was good, this location seemed a little tired. Same great soup and salad – menu is the same as the others – seating seemed a little more crowded. Booth and table seating.
Try the pick two – gives you the best of everything! Rolls and chocolate covered strawberry comes with your order. So yummy! Such a sweet extra!
We’ve liked the lobster bisque, mushroom bisque, berry salads are delicious! The chicken noodle is ok – nothing to write home about. The protein bowls are good. Love that they give the protein count on the menu board.
Clean bathrooms, free parking lot.

We showed up for our pick up order, however it did not end up going through. With it being almost closing time the employees decided to still make our food. It was fast service! I have eaten here before and the food is always great. Huge thanks to Drea, Ana, Shawn, PM, and chew!

Ordered a build your own salad topi eat in the store. And it was nice on ato go bowl and portion of lettuce was sad. $13 for 2 dollar worth of lettuce. Plus my roll has a weird chemical flavor. Kind of like plastic smells when hot.

When it’s good, it’s good. But when it’s bad, they really, really suck. We love popping in for lunch and when we go through the drive through or come into the restaurant, it is usually a good experience. But when we order from Door Dash, ingredients are missing, my kids meal didn’t have a drink, we are missing strawberries and bread – there was even a time they actually missed packing one of the bowls, so I didn’t get to eat that night. They need to get it together on delivery. It’s disappointing, it hard to get your money back and there’s ZERO accountability. Do better.

I rarely ever write a negative review. I have eaten at this exact location many times. However, this was our last potentially tonight. I got a Nourish Bowl. There was no chicken, no sweet potatoes and no roasted cauliflower. The tag on the bowl had written “sorry, no rice”. No one said anything to my husband who stood there to wait to pick up the mobile order he put in 15min prior. My last Nourish bowl had no sweet potatoes. One thing missing can be forgiven. But 3-4 items is crazy.
The Good Life mobile drive thru ordering is really not working well. I had to wait 20min in line for a mobile order I put on previously. Tonight my husband got the alert the food was ready and the ticket wasn’t even printed out when he picked up. I want to love this place, multiple subpar experiences make it challenging. Please make some changes.

Super disappointing! First time we chose to order here! What I actually received is very different from the picture. Very little chicken, and the cauliflower was not roasted as the picture shows , more liked steamed from frozen. For a $15 salad I expect better quality! Please don’t advertise what you can’t produce! Side of bread was good. Chocolate covered strawberry was a nice touch.

I tried this place twice already. I really want to love this place but there are a couple of things I don’t like. I don’t like the bread, so I won’t be getting sandwiches from here. It’s a little confusing if you’re a new customer, I ordered the soup through the app and I thought I was getting chicken and tortilla strips like it showed in the picture. Mine did not come with any chicken or tortilla strips so I can only assume that they wanted me to pay extra for those to be added in, when I feel like they should be automatically in the soup. So I was not very happy about that.
Also do not show up at 10:00 a.m. and place an order online because the store will tell you they open at 11:00 a.m., even though Google will tell you that they open at 10:00 a.m. and their app will tell you that they open at 10:00 a.m. and also the screens outside the restaurant will tell you that they open at 10:00 a.m. but lo and behold they actually open at 11:00.
The second time I tried this restaurant I ordered a cottage cheese honey chicken bowl. I like that I was able to make my alterations in the app before I ordered. There were a lot of up charges for all three items that I added. My salad bowl came to about $17 including tip. And I drove away but I had to come back to the store because they forgot to include a salad dressing. I also noticed that they did not put the hot honey sauce over my chicken as advertised in the app. My chicken was bland. So for the price paid basically an overpriced salad, the workers should not be missing items from customers orders.
The food was delicious so I will be coming back a third time to try something new.

The food is delicious but the staff is extremely lacking. I need someone to explain to me how 4 cars ahead of me in the drive thru takes 25 minutes to get to me? And when I do make it to the window it takes another 5 minutes until one of the employees that’s standing around doing nothing finally comes to the window. She was rude and goes yeah? I say i have an online order and she goes ok. She walks away the has a different guy give me my food. This guy was one who looked at me multiple times while I was waiting and he was just standing there after flirting with a customer. This is awful customer service. My self and my fiancee actively watched at least 5 employees just goofing off behind the counter while actively avoiding helping the window. Again the food may taste good but for the level of service you get it’s not worth the money or your time.

I am leaving this review in the hopes that someone will resolve some issues. Cafe Zupa’s is one of my favorite places to eat, but the quality of service has unfortunately declined the last year. Every time I go, there is something “out” or missing. And this is even when I come in 20 minutes after opening. The biggest irritant to me is the fact that they will not put out all of the specialty drinks or let them run out and not refill them the rest of the day. (Right now the cranberry mocktail and the cold Chocolate). One of the reasons I like zupas is for these specialty drinks, and normally I wouldn’t say anything, but the last 5 times I’ve went something has been gone. I will even ask if they can refill them and they won’t. I even came right after opening and they were “out” of 4 of their soups…. I can understand if it was the end of the day and they didn’t want to make more of something, but to not put out all options when you just opened seems like laziness. I am sure there are reasonable explanations, but for something like this to happen every time I go is starting to make me not want to come back. This is not a cheap place to eat either, so I would appreciate that when I pay over 3 dollars for a drink, I can actually get the drink I want.
