Great spot, and very busy! There is plenty of seating and some cozy spots in the corner right by the windows. I didn’t try the food but the lattes are delicious! The vibe was great too, and the entire place was decorated for Christmas! Very cute and will definitely will visit again!

Stopped in to grab lunch to go today. They have a nice layout with plenty of tables of different sizes to meet the needs for any party size. The staff were pleasant and helpful and the menu had a good variety of options. The food was fresh and well seasoned. The beer batter pickles were nice and crispy and the garlic ranch was a good compliment. Both of the sandwiches were ordered were fantastic. I look forward to returning to try some of there other items.

I stopped by Café Zerno and absolutely loved it! Their Nutella latte is incredibly tasty, and the Matcha Sweet Cream was just perfect. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. It’s right in downtown Westfield with a convenient parking lot behind the store. Highly recommend this spot!

My wife and I love this place. It kinda reminds us of a high class European coffee shop. The service, coffee and latte’s along with the food here is awesome and, on a scale from 1 – 10, I would give Cafe Zerno 20 for great customer service and awesome food. We come here for date night and, we put this place 1st on our list of go to restaurants in the area. I give a ton of credit to this family for opening this beautiful restaurant / cafe in downtown Westfield. If you are looking for a high class Cafe / restaurant in the downtown area of Westfield I would encourage you to stop by check out Cafe Zerno.

Great coffee, great vibes, and solid food, this café really has a lot going for it. However, one thing that stood out during my visits was the cleanliness. The floors and tables were noticeably dirty each time I came, and I’ve visited three times now with the same experience.
It’s a great spot overall, but I really hope they improve their cleaning and upkeep because it would make the experience so much better.

I was completely blown away by the level of excellence at this upscale, cozy and aesthetic cafe. The ambiance inside is unmatched. The food was incredible. The tuna salad is something dreams are made of. I will be craving this daily now. The matcha latte was so delicious and creamy and the pastry was extremely decadent. You will not regret trying this place and it might just become your new go to. Also all the employees were extremely nice and helpful and the owners are the nicest people who deserve the world. You can feel good supporting this family business.

We drove all the way from State College, Pennsylvania to experience this epic cafe 😉 We were tempted to try everything:) Not only that got to reunite with Mark one of the masterminds behind this gem here in Westfield, Massachusetts location! Everything we got to try was prepared with excellence, and the ambience was top-tier! Also, if you are the type of person that likes to sit and work at the coffee cafe, look no further this is the place for you! Come early and get the window seat:)

We had a great experience at Cafe Zerno! The pistachio latte was delicious, smooth, nutty, and not too sweet. I also really enjoyed the tuna salad with arugula it was super fresh and light. We tried the burger and fries too which definitely hit the spot. The atmosphere was a nice bonus lots of greenery, modern decor, and a cozy vibe that made it feel really welcoming. Would definitely come back! Great addition to Westfield
