Was disappointed to see that the “masala chai” is the exact same Oregon Chai latte concentrate you can get at Target, except this place charges $6 for a small cup. Tasted fine but incredibly overpriced for something you could literally make at home in 30 seconds.

Took a chance on a small mall coffee shop-what a surprise. Best coffee I’ve had around the Twin cities. Whatever coffee they’re using, it’s fantastic. Wish they had as many locations as the other chain stores (or at least one out in Eagan )

I recently visited Cafe Viola in Eden Prairie, Minnesota and was thoroughly impressed! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with friendly baristas who took the time to get to know me. But the real star of the show was the coffee – rich, smooth, and expertly crafted. I ordered a latte and it was truly one of the best I’ve ever had. The perfect spot to grab a cup of joe and catch up with friends or get some work done. 5 stars and highly recommended!

The best latte I’ve ever had! I ordered a hazelnut latte and the milk was steamed to the perfect temperature. I was able to taste the roast of the espresso instead of just scorched milk. Skip Starbucks, go down to the Kohls wing of Eden Prairie Center and stop by Cafe Viola!

This was a great place, and the staff was very friendly. I had the caramel macchiato, and it was amazing. Much better than even Starbucks or Caribou. It wasn’t too sweet and the coffee flavor really stood out. I will definitely be back there when I get the chance!

Thought this was the old caribou, it wasn’t buy I figured I would still try it. Staff were not welcoming, quiet. I asked a couple simple questions, do you have almond milk and she said I don’t know we have skim. Coffee was strong otherwise.
