It’s been a while since we’ve visited Café Villa, Flora, and tonight’s experience was fantastic. Ken, our server, took great care of us. The ambience were very romantic, and the food was excellent. I highly recommend Levi’s favorite for a more healthy alternative to pasta. My husband had the New York strip with sautéed spinach and garlic, and said it was an excellent cut.

This quaint gem is hidden behind the structures on Worth! My oh my! Now, the soups are the right hot temperature, the salads are fresh, uncomplicated, did I say fresh? Yes! and just tantalizing! Same with the seafood.

Fantastic Italian getaway in a courtyard surround by bougainvillea, mature trees and traditional Mediterranean architecture. Food was prepared perfectly and the wait staff was amazing. Tucked away off of Worth, it offers dining alfresco in a beautiful courtyard. Staff was attentive but the service struggled to keep up with the number of guests. Dishes were a bit above average but nothing special. Doubtful we’ll return.

Situated in a lovely courtyard, it’s a lovely place to enjoy a relaxing dinner. The more important atmosphere is to you the more you will like this place. I did enjoy the gispacho, though it could have had a tad more kick. But, after that, it went downhill. The servers, all nice, were just not good. When clearing the table after our first course, the server put his hands on the remaining fork, right on the prongs. Ugh! Then, our dinners arrived, three of the four being placed in front of the wrong person. Finally, and most importantly, the food was just OK. At best, ordinary. Yes, it was expensive, but that’s not the issue. The cost would have been acceptable had the place been better, a lot better.

Truly unimaginably bland food. It began with the free “humus” starter that was so bland that I asked my girlfriend if this was a vegan restaurant, I let it slide though because after all it’s free. However the lobster bruschetta had absolutely no flavor of lobster and in fact all that you could taste was onion. Sadly things did not get any better with the spicy tuna appetizer. The tuna had the texture of mush with no tuna flavor whatsoever and certainly lacked the spiciness that the name implies, finally the avacado purée that was sandwiched in between the tuna and cracker was as if someone plopped down a glob of tasteless baby food.

What a Special Evening! I booked a table for two to celebrate my civil marriage dinner, just my husband and I. We had the best dinner experience we could ask for. The owner Henry was so welcoming, he reserved a very romantic table for us and made us feel like we were in Italy. The service provided by Jamie was perfect. The food and the prosecco was also to die for. I can’t wait to come again. Thank you so much for such an incredible experience!
