This place truly hasn’t lost its touch. From the first bite, it’s clear they’re still doing everything right—especially the coco curry noodles, which are hands down the best in the PNW. The flavors are rich, balanced, and comforting in that CAN’T-STOP-THINKING-ABOUT-IT type of way. Even after 2 years of not stopping by it still feels consistent, intentional, and worth it. If you’re even remotely near the Everett area, this spot is a must.

I knew I was in for a treat the moment I stepped in: calm piano and soft lighting made for a cozy and sophisticated atmosphere, and the warm welcome from the server made me feel right at home. The japchae was a flavorful and the portion was large enough to be an appetizer for two. The sundubu was boiling hot, rich, and packed with tofu and veggies—it was exactly what I needed on a windy, rainy day. I so look forward to returning and trying more of the menu 🙂
Didn’t have any wine today, but their selection looks stellar. Would be a lovely place to stop in for a drink and a good meal!

This place is amazing!! The JAPCHAEBAP or number 26 is fantastic probably some of the best sweet potato noodles I’ve ever had, did it with pork and it was an amazing combination. The kalbi ribs are phenomenal as well high quality meat with just the right amount of char on the outside while still being super juicy. Inside is super clean and inviting staff are very friendly I will definitely be coming back. I just wish they were open longer!

So spacious and vibey, and cozily lit. The server was kind and the soondubu jigae was delicious and came out quickly, as did the barley tea. Yum! Bear in mind, the mild soondubu jigae will feel like a medium-spicy to the uninitiated

Cafe uu is one of the best spots in Everett — calm, stylish, and consistently good food. Everything tastes fresh and well-prepared, and the space has a relaxed, modern feel that’s hard to find downtown. Service is friendly and efficient.
Only downside: they’re closed on Sundays. This is exactly the kind of place you’d want open for a quiet weekend lunch. If they added Sunday hours, it would be near perfect.

Came here yesterday and the food was still yummy.
Side Note: just be patient with service as the owner does everything from taking your order, preparing some of the dishes, cashier and cleaning tables. She works very hard and is all by herself! Support a locally run restaurant! as she try’s her best to attend to everyone!
She even remembered us and what we ordered last time.
Excellent food I had the Kalbi and my Hubby had Tuna Melt both were delicious!
The Server/Owner was very attentive even thou she was the Only server she still hustled and got everyone their meals.
The ambiance was great too!
