We had the best waiter! The food was beautifully presented. I thought the portion sizes were perfect and the prices were reasonable compared to the restaurants on Main Street in Park City. Save room for dessert because their house-made gelato is the bomb! Our waiter and his business partner were super friendly, energetic and fun. I didn’t take any pics but the atmosphere is new, clean and modern. I thought it was sophisticated but absolutely not stuffy, and my husband, daughter and I were very comfortable wearing casual resort clothing. Must try!

We came here for our company holiday dinner and it was the best meal ever!! The ambiance is lovely, the perfect setting for all of us to relax and enjoy each other’s company. The waiters were very friendly and prompt. The menu has something for everyone, including spirits and beer. We’re already looking forward to coming later this year!!

I wasn’t sure what to expect. The exterior is a little bland, but don’t be fooled! I have been all over the world, and there are few places that have impressed me like this! The menu is small and relatively simple, but that’s because they don’t need abundance or flash. They have perfected and improved upon a few classic dishes! Bold flavors and pure enjoyment! The staff was incredible! I left feeling like I wished I was hungry so I could do it again without waiting! Try it! You won’t be disappointed!

My husband and I love Trio and eat here often. The burger and the carbonara are both to die for, so we rarely order anything else, but we’ve never had a bad experience there. Thanks especially to Tina, who has been our server twice and is knowledgeable and enthusiastic.

Excellent cocktails and good pizza! We got the white pizza that had garlic, chicken, and a balsamic reduction. It was good, however application of sauce was very thin and the whole pizza needed salt. Try the beet salad with goat cheese and oranges – so so so good.

I really struggled between a three and four-star rating. I ordered the Shrimp Scampi (see photo), but it smelled fishy and within a couple of bites, I knew it had to go (that’s when I found another member of our party had sent her’s back also, opting for another dish). I then ordered the Trio Lasagna, which was great. Service was good, men’s bathroom was relatively clean. We’ll probably give it another go, but I can’t say I’ll order the Scampi.

I regret not having tried this restaurant sooner! I must have passed by this place a hundred times and not given it a second thought. Thanks to the recommendation from a friend, I finally checked it out. Now I’m here to serve as YOUR friend to recommend that you try it out. Everything that I’ve had here thus far has been delicious and I appreciate that they source from local farms. Try the 44 Farms burger, with a side of fries – you won’t be disappointed!

First time at Trio in Park City. Awesome thin crust cheese pizza. The balsamic vinegar enhasted the flavor of the pizza. The potatoe fennel soup was so great. Glad to know there are more locations. The atmosphere is very nice. We enjoyed dinner so much we gave to come back and try more options.
