Went in on a Wednesday morning, not busy. I ordered the French toast and a cafe Carmel. The bread from the toast was a little to toasted on the bottom. It was extremely hard to cut. It came with a few strawberries and whipped cream. Over all taste was good. Cafe Carmel, I was hoping for something a bit sweeter.

The coffee is great! The food was okay (It isn’t bad at all but the food options aren’t going to have me fighting traffic just to have it.) The atmosphere is a whole vibe and loved to see people seated out front in a front porch type of style. Was perfect for our girls day out in the sun type of day!

Wow wow!! Make this a stop on your trip if you are visiting Savannah. The atmosphere is wonderful.
The almond croissant and quiche were amazing and the coffee was perfection. They have a ton of food/drink options that can cater to vegetarianism, and it is a perfect little work spot if you need a down minute. Seriously impressed with the coffee & croissants. I love Café Taureau!

Literally so many great things to say about this cafe!! The food is some of the best I’ve had in Savannah. Every coffee drink is incredibly good. The atmosphere literally feels like you’re in europe. I’ve always had great customer service. Staff is friendly and always welcoming. I also love that it’s just doors down from a super cute flower shop, Urban Poppy. I literally wish every morning I could grab my breakfast and coffee and a few flowers from the store a few doors down. Perfection!!!!

Hey ya’ll! This is one of my favorite places and it is very cutesy and the food is great! I bring friends and relatives from out of town here all the time. My reason for not providing 5 stars has to do with one particularly unpleasant staff member who I think should consider a role in a non-customer service related field. All of the staff I’ve interacted with have been great, except for an older, dark haired woman who is usually the barista. She looks at you with such disdain. I tried to give grace though, as someone Who has a naturally unfriendly face myself, and I just put that to the side. However, she is impatient, does not respond to thank yous, annoyed with questions, and snippy if you arrived right at opening (even if you were not clamoring at the door and waiting until the they seemed settled). I think this would be a much better experience if they reallocated this staff member to perhaps a recipe development role? Something that is not customer facing.

Excellent food. Delicious quiche and very nice, perfect croissants. Did not have the coffee but I heard several people remark how tasty it was. Love the simplistic yet warm decorative style as well.

The food was great and the service was great — I truly love this place. My only downside is the atmosphere. Unfortunately, the space is very small and there isn’t much seating available. A lot of tables are taken by people sitting on laptops for hours, which normally I don’t mind, but this location is just too small for that setup. The tables themselves are also very small, which makes it feel very crammed when sitting to eat lunch/brunch.
I really wish the seating situation could be improved because everything else about this place is amazing!

Perfectly cooked buttery bacon croissant, gorgeous subtle flavors in their Honey Lavender Iced Latte, calm environment, shout out to Sharon and the rest of the employees who welcomed me. If I wasn’t flying out today I would have loved to get to know this spot better.

Love the ambience — super cute, great food selection, and great coffee. The coffee was on the sweeter side, but still really good.
