We actually found this place while taking our daughter to a playground nearby, and decided to give it a try since the Google reviews looked really good. And it definitely lived up to the hype!
Both breakfast platters we ordered were great. The Turkish breakfast platter has a huge portion and totally worth it. I especially loved the sausage; it’s not too salty and has amazing flavor. The orange juice is freshly made and not overly sweet. The Turkish coffee is very strong but not bitter, so I’d definitely recommend it for anyone who enjoys espresso.

My son and I ate here when we were moving him into his apartment in Bayonne. And thank God we did! Fantastic food in an understated spot, with a classic small local diner feel. The place was clean. The portions were generous, the food was fresh and well-prepared, well-presented by a very pleasant and welcoming man who seemed to be running the whole show. I loved it all and couldn’t finish the food–had to take the apricots and walnuts with me to snack on later. I loved the Turkish sausage and the way the potatoes were prepared with peppers.

Café Talya is such a wholesome hidden gem! The Talya Special French Toast is SO good – perfectly fluffy, sweet, and comforting – and the omelette is just as amazing, cooked with so much flavor. The home fries is a must try, specially recommended!!
What truly makes this place shine, though, is the people. The chef is such a happy soul – greeting everyone with genuine warmth and the kind of energy that makes you instantly feel at home. The service is kind, attentive, and just as welcoming! ✨

LOVED it here! Me and my girlfriend were looking for a breakfast spot to go to and we stumbled upon this one on Google. The atmosphere is so welcoming and soft. The waitress was very nice and the cook was more than happy to take our order! I had questions about customizing my breakfast plate and he was very helpful and was more than happy to try and accommodate me. The breakfast was sooooo good! The homemade potatoes were perfectly crispy. Everything tasted homemade and the spicy sausage is so flavorful! I’ll definitely be coming back for sure. It’s one of those breakfast spots where you know you’re gonna have a good day after eating there

I’ve been to Turkey twice, including to Antalya, which the Cafe is named after. The Turkish Breakfast is such a great reminder is my time there and is delicious in its own right.

Found this little cafe in bayonne, Its ambience is very homey.. Its like a small home kitchen diner. The food and service is excellent, Food is freshly cooked and is very-well prepared . Felt like your own uncle serves you breakfast after not seeing you for a long time.. Place is clean, also their waitress is very nice and pleasant.. The area is small, so Theres not much seating, It does get packed when it gets busy.. But All in all, Loved this place 🙂

WOW!! This place was awesome! There are literally NO good breakfast spots in the Society Hill area of Jersey City, but this is only a couple of minutes into Bayonne. First of all the coffee was delicious, and that’s pretty rare. The food was insanely good, especially the Turkish sausage. Eggs were well seasoned, the potatoes were perfectly crispy, and the peppers tasted fresh and vibrant. Definitely will return.
