Food and drinks are amazing. Owner is super sweet and great to talk to while you wait for your food and hang out. Great place with some really cool books. Enjoyed looking at the rare collectibles section in the glass case. Some really cool finds in there!

Such a cozy little café/bookstore! Great coffee,a lovely book selection, the daily lunch menu is made from scratch and the owner is genuinely wonderful and welcoming. A perfect small-town spot, and also host wonderful events (art, book club and special events) Highly recommend if you’re visiting the area or a local.

Had to make a stop in Carrizo Springs, TX and found this lovely Coffee House/Tea Room with a indie used bookshop vibe. Kelly, the owner suggested a new Texas tea that I loved. I was able to set up and work on my laptop, enjoy music that did not overpower. The place was buzzing and the food smelled lovely. I had tea a berry muffin- freshly baked. Both were a hit. Stop by if you are traveling through!

Had the broccoli and cheese quiche, couldn’t eat the outside of it, completely over cooked, and rubbery. The inside was palatable, what little there was of it. Coffee was and 3 times worse than terrible, looked and tasted like it was made at least a week prior. The employee only talked about herself and her problems the entire time and why she didn’t like any other town, city or state in the country. And talked about her father’s death and the problems she was having with that.

It is a very welcoming, lovely cafe! Kelly was amazing! The adorable kittens are a bonus. I love that it is family friendly. They host a variety of events for adults and kids! Coffee is so good as well! The used books are in good condition and are reasonably priced. Overall it was a great visit. I will be back for more books, more delicious coffee and treats, and the children’s storytime! Thank you so much Kelly!

The food and service were great. My only complaint is the dog and kitten in the place. The reason I say this is my daughter is allergic to cats. Also, there was pee and poop on the floor. When I go somewhere for coffee I want to relax. I don’t want to worry about stepping in poop or pee from an animal.
