I got 3 supreme tacos – 1 carnitas, 1 al pastor, I green Chile pork. All proteins had a distinct flavor profile which is a welcomed surprise compared to other “taco” joints. I’ll definitely be going back for the birria!

We had an amazing experience at Café Sol! The food was absolutely delicious—the fish tacos and the pollo plate were both cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. The salsas were fresh and vibrant, adding the perfect kick to each bite. On top of the great food, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back soon!

Mexican food rarely disappoints you. When offered with a great taste and good service, who would not like it? You’re given the nachos with house made salsas and other sauces with various spice levels. We tried green sauce smothered burritos and veggie tostada which were really tasty. Trust me you need at least three people to finish these two. Definitely a good place to visit in the growing part of the neighborhood.

Food was amazing. We got 4 street tacos and loaded nachos with green chile pork. The portions were way generous. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful.
But the best part was the service. Once the young gentleman at the desk realized we were cold, he turned up the thermostat so we would be comfortable. Who does that anymore??

Great food and service! When I place my order upon entering, I never expect much service. In this case, the person taking orders would come around to the tables, asking customers if they needed anything and bussing dishes when they finished. He seemed sincere in his desire for diners to enjoy their meal. The salsas all had a degree of smoke and varying degrees of heat. I hope I’m back in OKC to enjoy Cafe Sol again soon.

Holy smokes. I can’t say enough about this place. Service was spot on. She helped us decide based off her preference and community feedback. We went with the Birria Ramen and Tostadas. I woke up the next day thinking about this food. It was $23.00 for us to eat and worth every penny. Very casual dining. 10 out of 10.

This place is a find! Homemade Latin in Edmond. Tortilla chips are perfectly crispy and tender. Try the bean dip! You will thank me later. The codfish tacos are bursting with flavor. The corn tortillas are perfectly tender but substantial enough not to fall apart. That is a trick. Birria ramen was so savory with perfect aldente noodles. The roast beef very tender. All the sauces are excellent also. Go check this place out! And the service is excellent and fast.
