Wow, just wow. The new and improved Café Sicilla is amazing! After Joe passed away from cancer a new family owned business which bring vietnamese into Italian food! I highly recommend this place (once again) and hope many people enjoy!

We decided to try something new and an Italian-Vietnamese restaurant sounded unique and interesting. The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the Lotus Rangoon as an appetizer. I got Jessi’s favorite grilled salmon – some of the best prepared salmon I’ve ever had. The flavors were amazing. We will definitely be going back to try out more dishes!

The new owners are phenomenal and so attentive to customers’ needs. I brought my toddler to dine-in, and they were so accommodating and gave my child some rice before the meal was ready. That was so thoughtful of them and much appreciated. We got a banh mi sandwich, lemongrass chicken, chicken parm with pasta, lotus crab rangoons, and the matcha yogurt and espresso cheesecake. The vegetables with the chicken were so fresh and seasoned perfectly. The fusion between Vietnamese and Italian food is wonderful! The plate presentation is very aesthetically pleasing and they have huge portions. I can’t wait to visit again with my family! We also got take out during lunch and the food was hot and fresh. So good and satisfying!

Newly offered menu of delightful eateries which include Vietnamese cuisine like Pho noodle soup and lemongrass covered beef and chicken choices. Included on menu the previous owner’s Italian dishes which maintains the quality of delicious dinners served at Cafe Sicilia’s Restaurant under new management and ownership. My delight was taste and flavors presented. I will return for more selections off the menu.

I’m mezzo Siciliano (but tutto Italiano), and let me tell you, the food and drinks at Café Sicilia are truly breathtaking! It’s more Italian-American fare than it is Italian (one of their best dishes, the Homemade Toasted Ravioli, was invented in St. Louis, Missouri), but it’s still quite possibly the best Italian-American food I’ve had in Massachusetts. Heck, the only place I can think of that does “classic Italian” better charges twice as much money for half the portion size. Anyway, in addition to the Homemade Toasted Ravioli, I got the Assorted Seafood Pasta with their homemade fusilli, and it was so incredibly tasty. The tomato sauce was delightful, and both the pasta and the scallops were cooked to perfection, neither overcooked nor undercooked. The Amalfi Coast blew me away with its tastefully fruity flavors and its uncanny resemblance to the waters of the Tyrrhenian and Adriatic Seas (seriously, it’s like they scooped it up and put it in a glass). I rounded out my meal with the Spumoni Bomba and a perfect pour of espresso, and I’m not even joking, my entire three-course meal complete with alcoholic beverage and hefty dessert came out to a mere sixty bucks or so. I feel like a thief. Oh, and not to mention, the service was excellent, too! I’m definitely coming back, and if you haven’t tried this place yet, you absolutely must!

I got the rum runner and my fiance got a Manhattan, they were good. The bread and oil was fresh, and my fiance enjoyed his veal Parmesan. I got the carbonara special…unfortunately, the sauce was very runny and it had a very bitter after taste. I really wanted to love it, as that’s my favorite Italian dish, but it missed the mark for me. Maybe I’ll try something else in the future.

Update- I reached out to the restaurant and they agree there was a kitchen mishap. We will be returning to try more items!
