Dried out food! Only the shredded chicken looked fresh. Food was cold. I won’t be back. Only after I took pictures of the did he add fresh food.

This is by far one of the worst Café Rio locations I’ve ever visited. The staff acted like they were rationing food — after putting meat on my taco, they literally took some off again. I ended up with maybe 0.05 oz of meat — about 95% tortilla, 5% filling. It was honestly embarrassing.
They were also out of wheat tortillas, most of the drink dispensers like Horchata,Prickly pear and mint Limenade were empty, and the place wasn’t even busy. I really wanted to walk out but needed something to eat after my workout, so I stayed — big mistake.
I usually leave Café Rio satisfied, but this time it felt like I paid full price for a tiny snack. This location clearly cuts corners, and it shows. Definitely not coming back.

I was excited when a former KFC was reopened as Cafe Rio. However, this is he second time I visited this location and my order was wrong again. I even used the app to make sure I had everything in writing to make sure it was correct.

7pm on a Friday evening… 3 customers waiting but we still had to wait awhile before we could order. Got to the counter and they were pretty much outta all the basic meats.. mind they close at 10pm.. and the workers said they weren’t cooking anymore for the rest of the night.. workers were VERY rude and nasty…we will definitely NOT be going back to that place..

I ordered the nachos and asked the lady specifically to not put the nachos chips in the bowl with the rest of the meat and ingredients because it gets soggy and she 1. Had a scrappy attitude
2. Not only did she put the chips in the bowl, she didnt even add the jalapeños but instead added some onion chives and the chips tasted old and stale.
Usually they do good with the food but this lady today on 01.09.26 at approximately 1:40pm whoever she was, did extremely poorly. Horrible service

I’ve been to this location a few times, naively hoping it will get better. It doesn’t. The staff is rude, the food is dirty. Tonight the drive thru attendant specifically checked to see if the location had steak for the salad I ordered, when I ordered. Before completing my order, mind you. I get home and guess what doesn’t have steak? She asked me if I wanted a receipt and I said no. I’m not even going to email the stupid address that cafe rio going to reply with, I don’t want any discounts or coupons from this store. I would like the dead cow I paid for.

Patronized this location twice within the week. Too stingy on the meat for me. Yesterday I had two tacos both of which had more lettuce than meat. Today, I had nachos with more cheese than meat. The lettuce and pico de gallo were fresh on the tacos. The guacamole was good on the nachos. The proportions on the plate just needs work.

Wow!! What an incredible Cafe Rio location.. The food and ingredients (along with every staff member here at this cafe Rio) are always fresh and we just coming here so much.. KIM went above and beyond to help me with an issue on my app, and previous experience that went a little sideways… on top of that, she had her staff continue giving top-tier service and leadership that has been nothing short of world class – she truly loves her environment, colleagues, and loves her career.. I was also assisted by Chelsea (and another impressive young man) today – who were both extremely sweet and very helpful – I’d highly recommend anyone pay this location a visit… whether you’ve come here in the past or this is your first time experiencing, make time for a stop here at any point in your journey through Las Vegas.. you will not be disappointed!!

This location is the worst cafe rio I have been to in Vegas everytime I order from here something is messed up. Well this time I ordered delivery through their app and when it was delivered I got the smallest amount of food I have ever received! My bowl didn’t even fill me up and I got some guacamole on the side that cost me $1.79 and they put half of a tablespoon in it!! Plus they put jalapeños in the bowl when I didn’t order them what the heck why am I paying these high prices for barley any food! I have gotten the bowl many times and it had more food enough to have leftovers and this one didn’t even fill me up it ruined my night after a long shift at work I deserve to get the normal amount in my bowl..
