The atmosphere is awesome. Nice social mix of clientele, old joint with nostalgic flair, comfy, great service. The food was ok: main dish (three salad special) was disappointing… nothing to fondly remember, too heavy in dressing and no complexity. Good bread. Great cakes … presented in a refurbished piano. Would go again, but choose a classic dish.

Stopped at Café Remor on a sweltering Geneva afternoon, and it was exactly the kind of pause we needed. The leafy ceiling and yellow awnings cast a cool, dappled shade over the terrace, making it feel like a little oasis from the heat. Service was easygoing, and the atmosphere had that timeless, slightly old-school Geneva charm. Perfect spot to linger over a cold drink. We shared a shrimp cocktail and a tapenade and both were decent.

Authentic French café with friendly service. Large portion sizes and excellent desserts. My only tip would be to avoid the tart/sour desserts as they tend to be too bitter or sour for my tastes.

Very busy but the service was very attentive. I needed a late night coffee and found Remor to deliver. The espresso was amazing and was made perfect. I ordered a Caffe Latte and a Tiramisu pistachio dessert and was not disappointed. I’ll be going back in the morning for my espresso.

Good place to have drinks and frites. But simple food, not worthy. Central location, cute ambience, big inside area – but still it was packed. Service can be more delivering and a bit more welcoming.

The resolution offered contributed to change drastically the rating of this review. I would have put 1 star.
The manager/waitress/owner (?) took the time to repair the situation. Although, I would not have paid for a wrong order and I no longer was interested in eating. So I would have argued it during the payment.
It did not happen, because at the end, even if as a reparation (and after my husband finished to eat), I got the order I made. No discounts or similar, but we wanted a nice moment for us, therefore we ate the late (and no longer requested) order.
The man was gentle when I asked why I did not receive clarifications when I made my order, if the waitress knew that there’s a problem of translation in their menus. Indeed, if it was for the behavior of the waitress that serve our table, I would have put -1 star.
That waitress showed not much respect since the beginning. Was treating me like she would doing a favor instead of her job.
And, when the mentioned about giving me my real order, she mentioned something related to the payment. So I dropped there any further conversation, because there’s no sense to argue when it is clear who was wrong.

Our lunch experience surpassed expectations! Portions were large and we had great service. Our server had almost the entire outdoor seating full and was hustling!! We had the cheese plate, smoked salmon salad with goat cheese (basically salmon avocado toast with a side salad), and quiche of the day which had an incredible crust and also came with salad. Everything was fresh and delicious.

Terrible lunch experience! We took the plat du jour (Gorgonzola lasagne) It arrived and looked most un appealing and honestly it was! An hour later my husband had a really bad upset stomach. Would not return.
