I love this place so much! The owner is so friendly and wants to make sure everything is perfect. The food and the coffee are perfection, the service is fabulous, and the atmosphere is cozy with Columbian music playing in the background. I will keep coming back again and again!

Chai latte with cinnamon was legit the best I’ve ever had. So good….. waffles are def pre packaged from somewhere and they dump sugar on them and call it a day. I def tasted the same ones from Whole Foods. Their drinks are top notch though.

My first visit was very pleasant. I got my drinks incredibly fast, and they were very tasty. The owner is very friendly and offers great service. I was even given a complimentary pastry. The shop is clean, quiet, and tasteful. I’ll definitely be coming back.

The coffee here is amazing and the juices are so fresh. It’s like fresh fruit slushees. I do want to be honest though, the cafe isn’t welcoming to the Spanish community. I feel as though it is more inviting to the American community. The cafe is suppose to be Colombian and they do well in using the coffee in representing the country, but not the food or the environment. It’s more like a local Starbucks then a Colombian coffee shop. The pastries were good, but they weren’t great, and they were pretty expensive for a semi warm cracker sized pandebono. They also don’t have a lot of variety in pastries or food, and if they do, by 10- they’re out. I loved the service, and the place was very clean, especially the bathroom which is a plus.

12.2.23 I was helped by the nicest man during my 1st time visiting this cafe. My Americano coffee was perfect, and since I love trying new things, I bought 4 Pandebono, the traditional Colombian cheese bread. It was amazing. There was street parking and several tables for indoor seating. This was a perfect stop before my hike. Thank you for the great coffee, pastries, and customer service.

The staff are welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable. We didn’t try the food (looks amazing, so next time we’ll be getting waffles)
We LOVE a fresh balanced cup of coffee. We tried their Tinto (self serve drip coffees), a plain cappuccino with whole milk, and a straight double shot of espresso.
The cappuccino was nutty, with hints of molasses, exactly what I look for in a quality cup. DON’T SLEEP ON THE TINTO!!! The Tinto was such an awesome bargain, we highly recommend it if you want to try the different roasts before you purchase a bag of beans to bring home. We sampled each roast, dark roast was our favorite! The espresso was flavorful with hints of cinnamon and citrus, and it was not too acidic. All in all, this place is fantastic. Ambiance: The music is at a great volume, you can jam, but still have a conversation. The place is clean, indoor and outdoor seating with umbrella covered tables. There’s Wifi, and seems like a place we could come to get an hour of work done between things in our day.

Great place, great staff, and of course, amazing coffee, waffles, and pastries! Been here a few times and plan to continue coming! I love that Bristol has such a great place! The owner is so passionate about coffee ☕. Also love the fact that it is right from the source, all the way from Columbia! If the weather is nice check out the back patio and listen to the river flowing! So relaxing!

Very beautiful and comfortable coffee shop. From the minute you walk in the door the environment and vibe is amazing. The owners and staff are amazing. Family owned coffee very pure and tastes like real fresh coffee. Their coffee is cultivated back at their home in Columbia by their family. Check it out you won’t be disappointed.

First time & can’t wait to come back!! This was an experience. The gentleman was so friendly, gave the story of the beans, etc., which was very informative. Our drinks were perfect & the food was impeccable. As you can see, our churro waffles look like a pic from Bon Appetite magazine!! The young woman who made them & brought them to us was also very friendly!
A hidden gem in downtown Bristol.
Go & get happy!!
