We had Abby as our server she was 10/10. You can truly tell when someone enjoys their job. Great service, great food. We had the lamb chops as our entrée, I like a little spice in my food it was 10/10. I live 3 hours from here so I won’t be back often but when I’m around I’d go back for sure.

Cafe Phonecia in Denham Springs is amazing! We eat in-restaurant occasionally and usually order through Uber Eats. We’ve been doing this for years. It doesn’t matter how we order or where we eat (home or restaurant) the food is consistently perfect! The gyros and shawarma are fantastic. We love the rice, the hummus, the crab cakes, fried eggplant, the feta salad. Always good, always fresh!

This was my second time here and both visits were great! My first visit I got chicken tortellini for the first time and it was soooo good, and the environment was relaxing. This time, I got the redfish and it was probably the best redfish I ever had and it was a unique flavor. My bf got the lamb and it was flavorful and tender. Our check came out to a little over $60 which was a delightful surprise because we were stuffed and super satisfied with the portion sizes. 10/10 experience!

I’ve been coming here for years, and it’s truly my favorite Greek restaurant in the Baton Rouge area. The food is consistently amazing, but the pasta is on another level—hands down the best I’ve had. On top of that, the customer service is always outstanding. You’re treated like family every time you walk in. This is hands down the best Greek/Mediterranean restaurant we have had the pleasure of trying. We ordered the sampler platter for two. To be honest, we should have ordered for one. The portions are abundant. The taste had us longing for Disney’s Animal Kingdom. This was as authentic as you’re gonna get. Even the starter plates were extremely fresh and bountiful. The servers were just as friendly and accommodating as one would expect from a five star restaurant. We will be back.

This was my first experience with Cafe Phoenicia, and I was not disappointed. I was greeted quickly and shown to a table. Piper then introduced herself as my server and was pleasant and professional. Often, the server makes the difference between a good meal and an excellent dining experience. Piper served that role perfectly. When I asked for input on an appetizer and entree, she was quick to offer useful feedback and was engaging and attentive throughout the meal.
I started with the Moussaka, and it was very good with the sauce, onion, peppers, and spices, making for a flavorful opening to the meal.
The entree of shrimp over rice pilaf and sauteed vegetables was a perfect light evening meal. Plenty on the plate but does not when you down. Overall, this was an excellent dinner, and I will gladly eat here again.
