Everything was fresh, hot and came out quick. We have the chili oil wontons, chili oil cucumber salad, Mongolian beef, garlic fried shrimp and chow main. Our bill was $92 but good portions! We had a lot of food left over. Two more people could have ate with us and it would have been plenty.

Cafe Patio is a beautiful hidden gem. Honestly, it doesn’t even look like it belongs in the area. It’s like a spaceship ripped this restaurant off of some beachfront and relocated it next to downtown Fullerton.
The food is delicious. My friends and I are crazy about the jjajangmyeon. It’s the best jjajangmyeon I’ve ever had. Most other things are good too. The chewiness of the noodles are perfect and addicting. Tangsuyuk is good too. I also liked the honey walnut shrimp and the omurice.
The drinks are pretty good and very affordable considering prices for alcohol nowadays. You can get an individual soju cocktail for less than $10. I do have one thing to complain about. I came here once close to midnight on a Saturday on a bar crawl to enjoy some soju cocktails. When we tried to order soju cocktails, the staff told us that “we can’t make them because the lady who makes the soju cocktail went home.” …Isn’t that insane? You’re telling me in your entire restaurant only 1 lady knows how to make soju cocktails? Not “sorry, the kitchen is closed.” Not “sorry, we’re out of ingredients.” It was “sorry, the only person who knows how to make them went home.” That’s ludicrous! It’s not like I asked for a Beef Wellington. Even drunk college students can throw together a soju cocktail.
But that was a one time thing. Just really stuck with me because it was so ridiculous that I couldn’t forget and I needed to get it off my chest. There needs to be some kind of cross training between the staff. Other than that, service is usually friendly and attentive. Food is delicious. I just wouldn’t count on this place as a drinking spot for late night.

This has become one of our favorite spots to get together because it always feels warm and inviting. The menu is filled with comfort dishes and great drinks that never disappoint. They offer happy hour on select days, which makes it even more enjoyable. We genuinely love the food, especially the army stew, the variety of snacks, and the half and half noodle dish which is always satisfying. The fruit tea is outstanding and tastes just as good as what you would expect from a quality boba shop.

The place hit the spot for our jjajangmyeon craving. We were a little iffy first because I am a 짜장면 snob and the place is a pocha restaurant but my gf and I really loved the food and the service. We got 깐풍새우 & 쟁반짜장. Sweet n spicy shrimp & jjajangmyeon platter. The shrimp was also god level good. We will be back to try different dishes and drinks! If you have a late night Korean Chinese food craving, you won’t be disappointed here!

Overall 4/5. They were able to accommodate us with a party of 20. Food is delicious and tastes authentic. Recommend the roasted pork belly, kimchi rice, orange chicken, military stew. Service is quality, very kind. Atmosphere could be better, no music outside so it was kinda lame. We had to be seated outside for such a large group, not much heaters outside but not too bad. Attached updated menu with prices. Small parking lot in front, bigger lot near it. The lots can get filled. Very accommodating staff, will come back.

Let me start by telling you that the atmosphere is really good at this place, the serve sodju and many other drinks, the prices are very affordable and the serving portions are big, the red chili oil dumplings are exceptionally delicious, however I cannot say the same about their military soup, the broth it self is 8.5 out of 10 the problem is the spam that they used, it tasted so much like swine, not a good cooked pork meat but the smell and the flavor wasn’t pleasant at all, and looks like they were short staff as we had to wait long enough before asking for more napkins. I might try this place in the future and give it a chance with a different dish (because of their dumplings) but

TLDR: Fly found in soup! Restaurant didn’t comp the meal and tried to give 15% off.
We had gone out for a rare family dinner, so it was supposed to be a special evening and decided to try out this place. All was going really well until we packed the leftovers (which we purposely tried to save some) and noticed a fly in the soup!!! We politely told the server and didn’t want to make a scene only to be told they would only take 15% off! The fact that they didn’t comp the meal and we had to ask for 50% off was ridiculous! We’re usually not ones to complain about things but it should be principle that if a customer finds a pest in their food, there should be no questions asked about waiving the bill. The servers were really nice and had great customer service, it’s just a shame that the owners felt they needed to still make money (off of a soup with spam!) even when a customer tells them they found something like that in their food. Go at your own discretion. We will not be coming back.

After visiting the wine bar, we ventured to this restaurant for the first time. Nestled in downtown Fullerton, it’s just a short walk from Twisted Vine, where we initially gathered with old friends from Southern California. Eager to continue our conversation in a Korean-style setting, we opted for beer and Korean appetizers. A pitcher of Asahi beer accompanied by Salt & Pepper deep-fried pork (돼지 탕수육) and Wontons with Chili Sauce hit the spot, all recommended by our friendly waiter. Despite the slight chill on the outside patio, they promptly turned on the heater for us, ensuring our comfort as we savored the atmosphere, cuisine, and service during our 40 years of friendship celebration.

Enjoyed the food here. Many options to choose from and wasn’t disappointed with any of the dishes chosen. Our server was really sweet. They had happy hour when I visited so I tried some of the fun drinks such as their popsicle cocktail.

Food was delicious, spicy garlic chicken is highly recommended. Although the Korean fires leave a bit to be desired. The drink was a lycee cocktail which was okay. I did enjoy the fruit and presentation of the drink.
