San Pasqual is definitely watching over this place as the food is one of the best that Santa Fe has to offer. So good that we decided to visit multiple times during our week stay. The hibiscus margarita is strong and delicious. The breakfast burrito is amazing. The avocado toast is unbeatable, and the BLT is also very good. There are wait times at busier parts of the day but it is worth the wait. The staff is very friendly and seem to love what they do. If you find yourself in Santa Fe, don’t pass this place up!

I’ve been wanting to come here for a while and it did not disappoint. Recommend that you stop by 45 minutes before you want to eat to get your name on the list. The place is always packed. Classic sweet and savory dishes with NM flavor and style. Both red and green salsas were excellent. Restaurant was packed but service was still 8 out of 10. They accommodated our dietary restrictions with the ease. I went with the enchiladas, which were great, but seeing the breakfast burrito made me wish I had ordered that in addition. Next time.

So happy that we stopped by here to have lunch. I owe it to so many good reviews. This restaurant gets full so quickly but just after a short wait, we were sitted. The menu is so diverse with lots of vegetarian options, filled with healthy and local ingredients. They serve half portions of the meal if you don’t have much appetite. I asked for the avocado toast with the most delicious super seed bread, and perfectly done poached eggs, subtly spiced guacamole and a tasty tofu substitute on the side. The waiters attend frequently and are very welcoming. We went back for a to-go cookie and coffee in the afternoon.

Took a group of 7 to lunch here. You definitely have to plan ahead and get your name on the reservation list early. They don’t take phone in reservations for lunch.

The place is very tiny especially the restroom. Get ready to wait for at least an hour if you have a big table. The ambience is festive. The food is delicious!

A wonderful find as I was searching for dinner in the downtown plaza area! I sat at a community table. My dinner was excellent! It was busy but the community table allowed me to be seated immediately. My server was great. Their menu is robust and I gave it a lot of attention finding an enchilada dinner, with many veggies and chicken, great sides, and a poblano chile cornbread. Their cocktail menu is full of a lot of fun and refreshing drinks. They have several dessert chefs and their desserts show it. It is pricey and worth it. I heartily recommend Cafe Pasquale’s.

Pasqual’s has been a great place to go to eat. It has a great atmosphere, super cozy. Food in general is great with very different and great flavors. But I have to say that this time there were disappointments, in food taste, as well as in the prices. I ordered a cohinita pibil ($41! wrapped in leaves in the picture), which was excellent, but my wife’s Catalan stew was not very good. Our friends ordered a carne asada, which was fine, but certainly not worth the $42. You can get the same dish, and tasting even better in a good Mexican restaurant for half the price, if not less. The prices do not match the type of food served, that simple. I suspect that, since they do have such a big demand, they can afford to charge this much. If you don’t care about paying these prices for this type of food, then you should go there, you will enjoy it. If price/food taste/quality is an issue, you may be better going somewhere else.

Great menu with friendly staff and nice presentation. Enjoyed my salmon app a lot and the veggie enchiladas and mole were flavorful. We special ordered a three-layer chocolate cake from the bakery, and it was excellent, too.

Ooodles of deliciousness ! We love this happy go lucky Santa Fe landmark restaurant serving a carefully prepared melange of Mexican & New Mexican food with colorful feisty details like locally sourced pork and lamb and desserts that are just so good ! We had a lunch of Cara Cara orange salad on arugula, a small mug of fresh watermelon/beet soup with a 1/2 PLT (as in “pastrami”) with generous strips of roasted green chili, tomato on a toasted cornbread. Gosh this was good ! Last but not least ? A ten layered Honey Cake ! Super fun ambiance at the community table with returning regulars, out of town visitors. The service is personal and caring. We love Cafe Pasqual’s !
