Had the Christmas Brunch.
The service is excellent. It is immaculate.
There was an Asian bar including dumplings and sushi, a salad bar -make your own or specialty salads that were delicious. The was a seafood area cold shrimp, oysters, ceviche.
A seafood dish like paella, carving stations with turkey-I didn’t like the texture-and prime rib.
Soups, or dishes. An omelet station. A pasta station. Pastries and an ice cream station. I am sure I forgot some things.
Our servers were fantastic and friendly.
Unlimited mimosas.
We have been here a number of times over the years, some on different holidays. Christmas seems the best.
It is pricey but a nice treat.

On our recent stay at Rosen Shingle Creek, we indulged in their fantastic breakfast buffet at Cafe Osceola. The selection was vast, and included an action station for omelettes, eggs benedicts, waffles and the like. They also had a large selection of meats, pastries, fruits, cereals, and parfaits. Service was also top notch here as well. Our waiter Luigi ensured our coffee and juices remained full, while offering a friendly smile and polite conversation. The action station chef was a sight to behold as he expertly balanced crafting multiple orders simultaneously, all while maintaining friendly conversations with guests. The price was $38 per adult, however be aware that an 18% service charge is added in addition to gratuity.

While buffets aren’t usually my go-to choice, a colleague persuaded me to give this one a try, and I’m glad I did. Cafe Osceola was such a great spot at Rosen Shingle Creek for their breakfast buffet; but what really set it apart was the amazing customer care that my family received from Edwing our server. It was wonderful that he could take care of my parents in such an attentive way, which really set him apart from other servers. He even took the time to notice that I loved pineapples and recommended a fantastic treat, which he prepared specially for me. The Tajin and pineapple plate he prepared was so delicious. I will be adding this to my new morning routine. I had told him that I’d seen Tajin at the store but had never tried it before because I was not sure what it was best with, he shared with me the beautiful story of how many people in his native Colombia enjoy it with mango and pineapple. I cannot express enough the exceptional level of service and care I received and how good the food was here for breakfast. If you visit, say hello to Edwing.

All breakfast here. Buffet is a bit more than a la carte; I was not hungry enough to dine at the buffet. The eggs were cooked to order perfectly, the bacon was amazing, and the sausage was sufficient. Coffee was strong and delicious. Toast and butter topped off the meal. There is an omelet station available as well for personalized omelets. The cereal selection was limited. Staff were great. Seating was plentiful, but the hotel at full capacity it would be interesting (1500+ rooms).
