Cafe Olé is the definition of a hole-in-the-wall—in the best way possible. It’s tucked into the front entrance of the Santa Fe restaurant like it’s trying to keep a low profile. No big sign, no flashy branding—just a coffee setup so subtle you might think you’ve wandered into a supply closet. But once you find it, you’ll wonder how you ever went without it.
My wife and I are regulars since our daughters go to the elementary school around the corner, and this place has become part of our routine. Jennifer, the owner, clearly loves what she does. She runs the place with care, consistency, and a genuine passion for good coffee.
The coffee here is done the old-school way—mostly pour overs—and it’s excellent. The vanilla lavender latte with three shots is the go-to if you need a serious wake-up. It’s strong, smooth, and just the right balance of sweet and floral. Her espresso is also legit—no bitterness, just a solid shot every time.
There are also some great homemade-style desserts if you’re in the mood for something sweet.
If you’re into supporting small businesses that actually care about what they’re serving, give this place a shot. You’ll probably end up coming back more than you planned.

This little coffee spot is the best. Jennifer and her staff are always super friendly. Great specialty coffees and teas. Lavender Matcha tea was so good. Jennifer hooks me up with my sugar-free coffee. I can’t say enough about this place. Just love it.

M & M Brownie was overpriced for the quality and taste, steak fajita burrito on point, caramel latte very tasty, puts starbucks on its heels.

Amazing cuisine. The case when almost all items on the menu are cooked especially tasty. Large wine list, charming staff, two halls with different seating – classic and high tables. Highly recommend

Walked into the coffee shop in front, because it said “serving breakfast all day”. Stepped up to the counter and asked for a caramel latte and asked about breakfast. The girl behind the counter pointed me to a small case of muffins and bagels on the counter. I asked if they cook anything and they replied that they did not. I asked for a muffin and bagel. As I went to sit down I noticed a second counter in the second half of the location. Walked back there and sure enough breakfast was being cooked. I asked the gentleman that was cooking and he said they are separate from the coffee counter in front which in hindsight made sense why they did not direct me to the counter in the back when I asked about breakfast. I ordered a breakfast quesadilla which was excellent. My Caramel latte came and I realized it is not made with espresso but instead it is the instant flavored coffees you can get from gas stations, but of course at $4.75. To their credit, after they burned the bagel and noticing that I was not eating it a lady came and offered to make another one for me, I refused and ate the super well done one. It was good. Hard to screw up a bagel :))
Verdict:
Food counter FIVE STAR
Coffee Counter ONE STAR
That’s how I ended up with 3 stars.
