A Hidden Gem for a Delicious Meal
Located in a bustling residential and commercial complex with plenty of parking, Norich is a must-visit Japanese inspired restaurant that offers much more than i imagined. The moment you step inside, you’re greeted with an upbeat, modern vibe thanks to the stylish decor and seating. They also have a ton of outdoor seating, which is perfect for enjoying a nice day. We arrived right at noon and watched the place quickly fill up—a clear sign of its popularity.
We were a group with varying tastes, so we ordered a mix of dishes: mac ‘n’ cheese for the kids, shakshuka, beef stew, a green garden salad, and chicken à la crème with a side of fries. While everything was fantastic, the beef stew was an absolute standout. It’s listed as a seasonal item, but it’s so good that it deserves a permanent spot on the menu. This stew was, without a doubt, the best I’ve had in years—it reminded me of the delicious, home-cooked stews from my hometown.
A quick note: be patient with the staff. It might take a little extra time to get your food, but that’s because everything is cooked fresh to order. Even the side of fries arrived perfectly crunchy and hot.
If you’re looking for a spot with great food and a lively atmosphere, I highly recommend giving Norich a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Wow, what a fun and creative shop! The atmosphere is modern and eclectic, and the menu is full of unique flavor combinations that somehow work perfectly together. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious, and I’m already excited to go back and explore more of the menu. The service was amazing as well, attentive and helpful.

Came from Chicago and chose this spot for lunch based on the good reviews and the menu. It took a while to get the food but it was fresh, hot, and the presentation was beautiful.

We ordered the Miss Pineapple Tropic which was our favorite dish, the Cheese Chicken Katsu which was also excellent, and the Country Chicken Alla Crème which disappointed us. The menu should’ve specified that the country chicken was chicken thigh or dark meat so we could’ve known to avoid it.

We also enjoyed the crème brûlée boba, the avocado smash, and the taro lover. All of them were solid.

Overall, we were very glad we stopped at this spot.

P.s. definitely use the bathroom here for an authentic Japanese toilet experience. We were thrilled. I had been missing Japan’s toilets so badly.

Cute little spot with surprisingly great food! I loved the cute menu with the artistic drawing of their dishes! Had Matcha boba, Shakshuka, and Avocado toast! Lots of flavor in each! I recommend parking in the garage (first 4 hours free). Check out the restroom for a delightful experience (bidet)!

We’ve been to Cafe Noricha about 10 times and every time it has been consistently delicious. We love the vibe and decor; cool Tokyo aesthetic. It’s chill and never crowded. There’s always a table available.

The staff are very welcoming. They remember you, greet you and they’re kind. They’re eager to explain what’s new on the menu. Food always comes out fresh and promptly.

The chocolate latte is delicious. The milkshakes are so cute and tasty. They’re great for sharing. Everything we’ve tried we’ve loved. Everything is homemade, fresh and delicious. They rotate the menu seasonally so there are always new things to try. We’ve tried and loved: the avocado shrimp toast with eggs, Miss Pineapple Tropic (grilled pineapple chicken toast), kim chi fried rice with bacon, teriyaki BLT, burger voyage, shakshuka, the checkered toast and bubble waffle sundae. There’s nothing meh or bad on the menu. They’re all winners.

We can’t recommend this place enough. When we want a comforting and guaranteed excellent meal, we come here. We’ve never been disappointed. Experience it for yourself.

Very cute interiors and ambience.
Me and my husband ordered a shakshouka, comes with garlic baguette – it was perfect & chicken alla creme with spaghetti – creamy sauce was unique and tasty.
Waffle was incredibly delicious with mild sweetness just like how I like it to be.
The staff and service were nice and friendly.

Absolutely top notch restaurant. Everything was cooked perfectly with attention to presentation. The atmosphere is welcoming and much care was put into the decor. The staff are friendly. I had a chance to meet the owners and they also own other restaurants in Carmel and Indianapolis. Wonderful to have such creative people raising the bar for restaurants here!

Cutest cafe in indy! And the food is amazing too! The Mac n cheese lobster sandwich was the best sandwich I’ve ever had and the fries were really special. The atmosphere was modern and aesthetic, love the pop mart dolls! Overall 11/10!

Cafe Noricha is a newly opened cafe in Noblesville, heard really good reviews so had to try it out. First off, love the options on the menu which combines vegetarian, seafood, and meat/chicken. I ordered the shakshuka with garlic baguette slices and the portion was huge for 1 person! Noricha has a wide variety of teas, boba teas, creamy teas all of which looked so tempting! I was so full that I didn’t get any of the drinks – but my friend ordered one and I tried some. I must say it was a great delight and I will go back to order it again! Service was prompt and courteous, the bill was slightly higher and I get the inflation costs plus how expensive everything is so no complaints.
