Love this place, however when we went most recently they had told us when we ordered that last call had already passed. Which is fair, because it was past 1:30am. However, the bartender proceeded to serve the rest of the bar drinks after that point, until we left at 1:50. Was just a weird experience and disappointing to the high opinion we already had.

We had a rental place down on Sycamore and we stopped here for a evening of libations and pool table fun the bartender was great and the drinks and service were excellent. Don’t hesitate to stop here a great Pittsburgh Bar. We stopped here several more times during our stay. Also good bar food. A cash only establishment

Dena absolutely makes this bar what it is! Her energy made Cafe Niko my favorite place in Pittsburgh, and a must-stop place in Mt. Washington. My cousins and I had an amazing time, many thanks to Dena’s service, and we will be back!

Cash only joint! Smallish neighborhood gem. Looks unassuming from the outside but it’s just perfect for the locals. No beers on draft and that’s a little sad but the delicious food totally makes up for it. The bartenders/waitstaff are always friendly, attentive and funny. Since we moved to Mount Washington, we’re pretty much slowly becoming regulars so there go our plans to lose weight this year

I’ve been coming to this bar for six years. The food is beyond surprisingly good. But the staff… PHENOMENAL! Being a Mount Washington resident, it’s my favorite place to go solely because of the staff. Dena and Cathy are top tier bartenders in Pittsburgh but the other ones are just as great. I couldn’t imagine a better bar. DO NOT SLEEP ON THEM! The specials are beyond favorable too! If you’re visiting, I highly recommend stopping here. If you’re from here, why haven’t you been here yet!?
