This place is such a hidden gem! So so so delicious. I grew up eating authentic Vietnamese food and this hit the spot! The service was so quick and everyone was super sweet. I would recommend 1000x. Very flavorful broths

Came here and they had exactly what I was craving- Combination banh mi ($7) without the frills and overinflated prices of restaurants in the South Bay. We also ended up trying the beef rib pho, beef steak spring rolls, and the avocado and mango smoothies. Wow! Everything was delicious and authentic tasting. Best pho I’ve had in CA. Did not have to add any extra seasoning to the broth bc it was that good. Definitely looking forward to returning and trying the other menu items!

Love their food! Such a hidden gem of Gardena. I have their food at least once a week (especially after a hectic week)
I haven’t try their phở but I recommend try their bun bo hue, my quang, banh mi, and duck noodle haha

Old school super authentic Vietnamese food. Great banh mi sandwiches and generous spring roll orders. Excellent family feel and very kind owners.

So delicious! I got the BBQ pork Banh Mi sandwich. It was packed with veggies, a well marinated pork, and some rice noodles. For only $7!! Will definitely be back!
There is parking and an entrance in the back too.

You’ll often find authentic Vietnamese locals hanging out next door or in the back where the parking lot is, which signals the authenticity of this place. I ordered a traditional dish and was pleasantly surprised by the generous portion of proteins and fresh garnishes; they didn’t skimp on anything. The iced coffee was outstanding, possibly the best I’ve had in a while. The tables and sauce bottles were clean, indicating good hygiene practices in the kitchen. I’m definitely returning to try their banh mi, especially since it’s half the price of Lee’s and apparently twice the size. Can’t wait to go back!

I ordered the Vietnamese coffee and a sandwich for breakfast. Best coffee in LA and super tasty sandwich at affordable prices. I should have bought more to go.
The atmosphere reminds me of the coffee shops in Vietnam. Rustic feel with a few Vietnamese men chatting away.

This place was such a disappointment. Upon arrival, we expected the typical south east asian experience with all the uncles chilling in the back and restaurant. Our waiter was kind enough and took our order quickly. There were 4 of us and we each ordered a dish and 3 coffee total. The first dish (pork chop) came out a timely manner, maybe 20 mins after ordering. Our coffee didn’t come until after 30 mins of waiting, we had followed up with the waiter and he brought out 1. Another couple came in shortly after us and ordered coffee and pho. They got their pho and finished it before the other 3 of us. After 20 more mins we asked again for coffee and our order and the explanation that we were given was that they were busy. 2 more coffees were brought out. After waiting 1.75 hours for food we decided to cut our losses in time and try a different restaurant. Upon leaving and paying for the food that did arrive, the waiter tried to charge us for the food that didn’t even come out. I will note that they pork chop rice dish was a good but it is fair to say we won’t be returning. I would not risk becoming hangry while waiting more than 1.5 hrs for standard Vietnamese dishes when other places are just as delicious and quick in timing.
