I’m pretty sure I’ve written a review before but it’s necessary agin. They have always delivered the best food. The pizza is by far my favorite and I’ve lived in 4 states and traveled all over Europe. I could eat there daily if i could afford it ( maybe we will get lucky and democrats will lose the choke hold on the people’s bank lol) if so i can at least afford to eat here weekly daily would make me fat.
But other than the pizza we have had several different pasta dishes always amazing! Oh and the chef salad!! I usually always add that ! Omfg!!!! I say it every time I can’t believe I would recommend a Salad to people! Dude! Omg it’s mouthwatering. I’m bummed bc I didn’t order it tn I had to choose that or spaghetti and meatballs spaghetti won the battle today. But the main reason for another 5 star review is bc the guy i spoke with gave me a coupon I didn’t know they had! Saved me some money when they didn’t have to. So of course I ordered more food that I wasn’t gonna order to save money lol welp why not i technically saved some money right?! lol. Ok im done YOU NEED TO EAT HERE! Best in food and best in service.

Small dine in area but able to accommodate 7people. Clean all around. The pizza was sooooo goooood. They were nice enough to let us dine in 45min before close. The cook came out to check up on the satisfaction. Pleased all around!!

My wife and I usually get cheese steaks( a little too much roll for me but the steak is delicious). Anyway, the other day we received the money mailer coupons and it had one for 2 Italian dinners for $16.99. I got lasagna and my wife got stuffed shells. I have to say they were excellent. The portions were well beyond what you’d expect and the garlic knots are simply Divine. They are definitely worth the normal $11.99 price. We had another local establishment that we would usually get this meal from but we are changing our go-to for take out Italian dinners now. Thanks Cafe Milano.

Pizza has completely changed. It’s not the same anymore. Crust wasn’t cooked on the bottom it was still white. The pizza use to be amazing. After calling the guy I spoke with was literally no help after waiting almost 2 hours for our delivery. Wont ever be ordering from here again.

If there were 10 stars they would receive 11 bc this was exactly how I remembered Cafe Milano 15 years ago when I last visited Salisbury. The cheesesteaks were amazing and the entirety restaurant was sparkling clean. I had to use the restroom and had to go behind the counter to the back and saw the conditions where my food was being prepared and I was stunned how clean the entire facility appeared during my visit. Kudos guys! Good job!

I wish I could share a photo I called for their special $10.00 14 inch pizza, I asked the woman on the phone if that came with one topping, she said yes I said I’ll take pepperoni I got there and they charge me over $13. She said the topping was extra I said that’s not what whoever I spoke to you on the phone side, she said it was me and said you asked if you could get a topping I said no ma’am, there’s so much grease on the pizza and $2.50 for a little pepperoni that they put on no wonder there was nobody there at 12:30 in the afternoon.
