Loved the lamb gyro. Asked then to make it well done and it was yummy. The breaded mushrooms were awesome as well. Chick en wings were decent. I enjoyed the food here

Love it! However, the steak on my steak salad was gross. I understand it’s thin like steakum meat. But it was dry and tasted funky. Probably a bad batch since usually we have no problem there. We go there every time we’re home in PGH!

Pizza was cheesy and crisp. Motz sticks were a good starter as well. Nate was holding down the fort serving; he was awesome. Underrated spot 5 stars.

We ordered two custom pizzas that were very tasty. The sauce is savory, crust cooked just right, and they piled on the toppings. They were also very kind in accommodating an odd dietary restriction for us. The only real negative is how you order. You have to walk up to the counter all the way in the back, which wasn’t readily apparent when you enter. Signage would be nice. The restaurant was relatively clean and sparsely decorated, like a lot of downtown cheaper Pittsburgh restaurants. Good if you just need a cheaper quick bite to eat, but probably not where you’d go after one of the fancy shows in the Cultural District.

Our pizzas came out hot and fresh. Service here was great also. We had a medium pepperoni pizza with extra cheese, and they loaded it up. We also got a small pizza with black olives and mushrooms, which tasted very fresh and not canned. We will be back here again to try out more food. Pizza is a solid 8/10

BUY HERE (read on). Great place for your simple Italian fix. I wasn’t sure what to expect when I walked through the door, but I was not disappointed with the food. Chicken Parm was EXCELLENT! I also witnessed a super low-key, humble gesture from one of the staff that they likely didn’t realize I observed. They need a 6th star for it.

My wife and I were on a eastern American road trip and arrived in late to town. We called and ordered take out from Cafe Milano and the food did not disappoint. Our fettuccine, other pastas and bread were great. The staff was nice and ready with the order on time.We visit Pennsylvania at least once a year so can’t wait to be able to go in sit down and try other dishes.
