The food is always incredible—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. One of the absolute highlights is the fresh mozzarella-making experience. Watching the mozz being made right in front of you is not only fun and engaging, but it makes you appreciate just how fresh and special the food really is. The mozzarella is hands-down some of the best I’ve ever had—soft, warm, and unforgettable.
From the pastas to the entrees, everything tastes homemade and thoughtfully prepared. You can tell there’s real pride behind every dish that comes out of the kitchen.
What truly sets Café Michelina apart is how easy and accommodating they make hosting a group. Whether it’s a celebration, a special experience, or just gathering people together, the staff is organized, flexible, and genuinely helpful. They make the entire process feel seamless and stress-free, which is rare and so appreciated.
The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and intimate—perfect for both everyday dinners and special occasions. The staff makes you feel like family, remembers faces, and truly wants you to have a great experience every single time. Service is attentive without ever feeling rushed.
Café Michelina is a true neighborhood gem that consistently delivers restaurant-quality excellence. I’ve never had a bad meal or experience here, and that says everything.
Highly recommend to anyone looking for amazing Italian food, a cozy vibe, and a place that makes dining with groups just as enjoyable as a night out for two.
It’s BYOB, so bring a bottle of wine and settle in. We started with the meatball appetizer — tender, well-seasoned, and served in a rich marinara sauce with just the right balance of acidity and sweetness. The complimentary fresh bread was perfect for soaking up every last bit of that sauce.
I had the lobster ravioli in vodka sauce for my main. The pasta was delicate and the lobster filling was sweet and flavorful. The vodka sauce was creamy, with a subtle kick that paired beautifully with the richness of the lobster. I only wish there had been a few more ravioli — it left me wanting more.
This place delivers on flavor, comfort, and atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back.
