We’ve been going to Cafe Madison for over 10 years, and the East Greenbush location is by far the best one yet. The food was absolutely divine especially the Signature Stack, which was cooked perfectly and full of rich, fresh flavor. Every dish we tried looked amazing and tasted even better.
The service was exceptional as always. The staff here is warm, attentive, and makes the whole experience feel welcoming and effortless.
One small suggestion: it would be great to see a few more coffee options on the menu, and serving lattes in a mug would make the experience feel even more cozy and elevated.
Overall, Incredible food, great service, and a beautiful atmosphere. Highly recommend! ☕ ✨

my favorite saturday brunch, its always an amazing experience. the food is always 10/10 and the drinks are perfect, aurora is my favorite waitress and i request a table in her section every single time. she’s always so friendly and gives the best service, always checking in with me even if it’s packed. and the new building is beautiful and spacious! this place never misses!!

I’m a frequent visitor to their other locations so I was excited to try the new spot and I was not disappointed! Parking is easy and it’s so bright and filled with plants and interesting photos and fixtures. We got seated right away on a Thursday morning and all staff we encountered were genuine and friendly. My husband and I both got Bloody Marys. I got the basic one and was pleasantly surprised by the hand stuffed blue cheese olives in it and my hubby loved the unique taste of the pickle version. My husband had the pick 3 mix ins omelet with a side of greens, rye toast and added Irish bacon. He ate it all but it was a large portion so don’t let that fool ya! I looooved the crispy hash and subbed sunny side eggs for poached. Eggs were runny so yaas! Am I right? Very convenient bill situation as you can just scan a QR code on the bill and pay and tip on your phone. Can’t wait to go back again!

What a delightful experience it was to have breakfast here last week! A friend of mine lives just down the road and we were excited to try this newest location.
I loved the ease of parking in the lot with ample spaces to choose from. When we walked in I fell in love immediately with the decor. It was so bright, warm, and welcoming; it felt like I was in a fancy teahouse. The plants, lighting, and accents really added to the space.
Our waitress – Ramona – was very sweet and checked on us the perfect amount. She allowed us time to enjoy our food and chat while also refilling drinks and making sure we had everything we needed.
The food was amazing! Even better than the other locations I have been to. My friend ordered the pull apart cinnamon roll skillet and bacon. I sampled the cinnamon roll and loved it; decent sized portion too for the price. I had the French toast bites and a side of grits. I couldn’t believe how much food I had ordered! The portion of French Toast bites was incredibly delicious and there was enough to take home leftovers. They were served with a side of maple syrup and a side of butter. Now for the grits. I can never find them anywhere in the area (probably because most customers here don’t eat them) and I was so happy to find these on the menu! The portion size was HUGE and they were made exactly as I love them; so buttery and fantastic. Our total was $40 before tip for 2 non-alcoholic beverages, bacon, grits, the cinnamon roll skillet, and French toast bites – a great deal in my opinion.
At the end of our meal we were able to pay using the QR code on our bill which made things super easy.
10/10, must try for breakfast. Excited to try some of the lunch options too. Beautiful setting, great customer service, and delicious food.
