Cozy and aesthetic atmosphere! I’m a latte girl and they handcrafted it perfectly! Unique menu that is updated every season with made in house syrups! Plenty of customization options and baked goods to choose from! Highly recommend! One of my favorite coffee shops in Clemmons and Winston!

This is a very cozy and inviting space! There is a kids play area that the toddler crowd enjoy. It needs some fun wall art… Nothing crazy, but something to make it feel a little less doctor waiting room. I do feel some of the toys need to be refreshed (they just look older or well loved). It would be fun to have some seasonal toys to rotate. Not sure if staff are wanting to try and keep things organized or “as long as toys make it back in a bin we are good”. I would maybe add labels with pics of a truck or food or whatever should go in each bin to help encourage little ones to clean up at the end of their time there. Any place that helps enforce being respectful of others spaces and things and kindness is always a win in my book! Also not sure if they can add a baby gate, but it would be helpful for curious runners (but refreshing toys may help with this too). The staff seemed happy to be there and you can tell the owner cares about doing right by her customers. I love that she recognizes she is working out the kinks of a new business and wants all the customer feedback.

I tried the pumpkin cinnamon roll with a chai base. It was fantastic! I approve of the new chai recipe, but I am not a chai expert. I hope this place can make it and we will continue to come as long as the play area is there.

Went here yesterday and got a strawberry vanilla matcha. It sounds like a lot but it was so good. I typically like everything sweet so that’s why I added vanilla. Besides that the employees were very polite and patient. I got a chance to meet the owner. She’s so sweet. She recommended the maple brown sugar shaken espresso I will definitely be going back Monday morning to try it.

We like the coffee/treats and of course the play area for our children. I wish we lived closer but always worth the trip over!

Alicia is great. We rented the place for our daughter’s birthday party and we were very happy. Everyone there loved the variety and taste of the beverages she offers.
She was great to work with on this special occasion. The atmosphere was relaxing and inviting. We will definitely be back for refreshments in the future.

You can truly taste the love in every cup! We had the honor of being served by Alicia, the owner of Café Lilly, during a Thanksgiving pop-up shop — and she made the entire experience unforgettable. Not only were the drinks amazing (I had a chai with cream cheese cold foam and it was perfection!), but she also took the time to give us mini tutorials on making drinks and shared how she got into coffee. It was fun, informative, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Highly recommend Café Lilly!

10/10! Saw a post on tiktok and had to experience it for myself. I had no expectation, but I hoped it would be worth the drive, and it most definitely was! Warm decor & great seating that was comfortable to boot. I felt genuinely at ease & welcomed upon entering. Alicia, the owner, was thoughtful and accommodating. I tried the viral pumpkin cinnamon roll w/espresso topped w/the best cold foam ever. The drink was top-tier deliciousness & worth the calories, thanks to barista Gabby! Cafe Lilly is a lovely addition to the local coffee shop scene. Looking forward to trying Alicia’s next creation.

I recently visited this spot and had high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I ordered a 16oz salted caramel mocha, which cost $8.34. To my surprise, it was the worst, most watered-down latte I’ve ever had. I could hardly taste any caramel, which was really disappointing.

Additionally, I felt that the barista, Kate, lacked enthusiasm while taking my order and making my drink. I believe that a little passion can go a long way in enhancing the customer experience, and unfortunately, I didn’t get that vibe from her.

Overall, while the place has potential, I hope they can improve the quality of their drinks and the service.

I like the atmosphere but to me it is overpriced. Extra charges for the cup and “operational fees” is that standard at most coffee shops? My 12oz-small unsweetened latte was $6.55 before asking for a milk alternative..and came to $7.70 afterwards with the extra fees. One small latte, a small tea, a 16oz specialty latte, and a muffin was $26.56. The coffee tasted ok but to me not as good as the one I make at home. But I was in a pinch and my friends wanted to go here so maybe you’ll like it and won’t mind the prices. They DO make their own simple syrups which is kinda cool. I do love the pastries from “Dough by Chloe” that you can find here sometimes

This place is a hidden gem, one of the best coffees I’ve had in the Winston area! We tried the sweet potato pie macchiato and the maple brown sugar shaken espresso and both were absolutely superb. Fantastic service as well! Will definitely be returning.
