I absolutely loved the baristas and the service here. They go above and beyond and never fail to put a smile on my families face. The drinks are amazing, the food is made with love, and the service is impeccable.

Very cute place. Little hard to find- some little signs outside, showing where to go inside, might help. Staff was exceptional- both drinks our party had were perfectly made. (Drinks were well worth the cost)
Food was ok. We got some cupcakes to go and they were OK.
I would go back for the atmosphere (quiet, private) and the coffee.

helpful and welcoming. I had one of the best lattes ever! As i have tried many coffee shops in the area. The reasoning for giving atmosphere 3/5 was because I noticed the manager or somebody above them speaking to them with a lack of respect being very demanding. Working in the service and food industry, I have had alot of managers who have made my working experience pretty bad. Besides that everything else was great.

Good food. Not a nice experience. As a customer of Renault Chateau seeing all the advertising from the website i was expecting to have a nice experience at Cafe Le Fleur. What i had instead was, to keep it short a so called cappuccino in a plastic recipient also for the fork and knife. Asking why is not in a nice ceramic cup the ladies said that i didn’t asked for, well i haven’t been asked. Maybe you will say that it is because covid bla bla, i believe it is just convinient not to wash the ceramic cups. Althought behind our table all ceramic cups were for sale, maybe i should have bought one . Yes it looks like i am picky but is not my fault that you advertise it as beeing a french amazing brunch yala yala. Have you ever been to France mister owner of “chateau” and all that belongs to the group. This is just an american version of what Chateau experience is or should be. I will continue with another review for the chateau as well where we paid around 300$ for one night. Sorry if we had higher expectation… One last comment is that we didn’t had dinner or we didn’t choose to spend another night just because of these experiences. But don’t worry is just money☺️
