it was okay. nothing really stood out to me. the pastry was a bit dry and $7 for a small cappuccino is kinda wild lol. i’ve had better coffee nearby for cheaper. not bad, just not worth the hype imo

Always a favorite spot of mine for the past fifteen years. Pleasant atmosphere. Community gatherings. Great sandwiches, desserts, and coffees. Perfect place to read, meet friends, or just grab a bite on your morning commute.

My favorite cafe in SF. I spent so much time there over the last 10 years I probably tried everything on the menu. I love the gyro sandwich and the Mexican hot chocolate. This place is confortable and it’s different from all the modern soulless coffee shops

Tough location to pull off a traditional chill cafe vibe with the cacophony of BART so near. Considering the location I’ll give it four stars. The Turkish coffee is unfiltered with cardamom and quite good. I recommend grabbing a coffee here and a doughnut from The Jelly Doughnut nearby. Nice pairing if you like your sugar with caffeine.

I really like this place; I brought my brother here and he liked it too. The owner is friendly and makes a great bagel (it’s so hard to find a good bagel on the west coast and this was a pleasant surprise). The tea is good and so is the honey cake! It’s a good place to sit and hang out as well, they have a lot of tables so it’s very comfortable. I don’t live near here or I’d come here all the time.

Had the egg cheese bacon croissant, and the locks bagel with a fruit smoothie and just a cold carbonated water. Interesting place. The food was very good. Worth visiting.
