A main street favorite! The food is great. I’m partial to the delicious (vegan) yogurt. Fantastic options for vegans and health aware focus. A wide array of drinks including a delicious cappuccino. Great space to lounge in (they even have an old arcade machine!) or to take your drink to go. Lauren and the staff are super friendly too.

Great place for food and coffee / tea. I had a rice bowl and my wife had breakfast pita. Rice bowl was out of this world. Stormy earl gray tea was amazing. Folks here are super friendly and atmosphere here is cozy.

My favorite local cafe in the Mid Hudson Valley. Came for the food (yummy bowls, healthy soups, pastries) and stayed for the people, music & art. Owners are charming, community minded ppl. Do not miss this gem of a place for remote working or enjoying with friends!

Vegetarians rejoice!
Where do I start? How about with the best damn sandwich I’ve had in years. This place was recommended to us, as my wife and I are vegetarians.
I ordered the Fontina Panino (vegan sausage, fontina cheese, arugula and fennel mustard on ciabatta) and a cortado to drink. We take out seat in the very cool back room, and only after 5 or so minutes the drink and food arrives. Now I am a complete foodie, really tough on everything I eat, but after one bite I was in love. To the point where I asked Lauren, the owner, what mustard they were using, and then ordered a panini press when I got home hoping to recreate the magic. Perfectly chewy bread, just the right balance of sweet and savory, and that mustard. Truly amazing. My wife ordered the avocado toast which she said was perfection.
I wish I could bundle this place up and ship it to New Haven because I’d be eating one of those sandwiches every week.
As for everything else: The service was great. The atmosphere laid back and funky. Everything was reasonable priced.

Insanely good… we got the early grey over ice with soymilk… two rice bowls with the mushroom “bacon”. SO flavorful, very creative and delicious menu. Peaceful space. Friendly welcoming staff. I wish we lived nearby and could come all the time :’)
