Took a drive to come try the restaurant and it did not disappoint. Everyone was nice and welcoming. The food was delicious and, since the weather was so nice today, we decided to move from the inside seating to outside seating and they quickly accommodated our move. We both had the Caprese on a baguette and both thought it tasted great. My husband had a latte with vanilla and he liked that as well. We would recommend to others and will return.

This place has been open for 8 weeks and having an unassuming entrance does not open your eyes until you go inside to look around and all of a sudden you are transported to a cafe in Paris or the French countryside!
Wow – what a place! It’s really hard to wrap your head around a Cafe like this in the hill country, much less Center Point, TX.
The food is good and delicious, the service is above average but the coup de grace(sorry), is walking outside and seeing the French styled or should I say, hill country styled backyard full of blooming flowers and trees abound where chairs and tables are strategically placed to get maximum visual enjoyment of the garden. We walked around inside late June and yes, it was a bit toasty but we were able to eat lunch outside at the patio overlooking the garden. What a place! My wife says that she’s found a new place to lunch! I concur!

Anthony, one of the owners, is the most generous soul! I’ve been twice now and each time, he sees me admiring the stunning gardens at back, and will go cut a fresh flower or two to send me home with. And the food is as good as the owners are hospitable! A real Texas meets France experience her in the Hill Country. And on the way out you can buy some French chips and sweets to eat at home until your next visit to Cafe Josephine

A MUST! Kind owner and masterful pastry chef The amount of masterpiece pastries to choose from every day is amazing and they are all divine. I can’t get enough of the perfectly baked almond croissant. I know this sounds dramatic, but I’m serious. It’s pretty inside and out the back patio to a manicured lawn and secret garden. Let’s support this business because there’s nothing like it around. Our own hidden treasure.

This place is legit. The owners and employees are incredible. The food is perfection. Having recently returned from a French Isle where I indulged in every pastry I could, I can unequivocally say the fare at Cafe Josephine matches true French quality. I will definitely come back for more. In the meantime, don’t leave here without a chocolate almond bread.

I have had several kinds of quiche as well as the baguette sandwich and salad. All were fresh and so so good! And the pastries are unbelievable!

Yes, you are in Center Point, but if you blink you just might be in Paris. The owners have made a remarkable transformation of an old bank near Zanzenberg Tavern. I had the goat cheese quiche and it was delicious. They had a choice of two different types of quiche, sandwiches on various types of bread, beautiful pastries and coffee drinks. While your order is being prepared you can shop the shelves for imported French jam, cookies, dressing, and other accoutrements. The sound systems was playing French music to round out the experience. The ambiance and food are a nice way to brighten up a Texas rainy day. Come and check out Center Point’s new Cafe!
Small but ample seating is inside and there is an outdoor garden.

One of the best breakfast restaurants I’ve ever been to. Absolutely fantastic! And the back garden is gorgeous. Try the quiche or any of the pastries!
