We had Breakfast Panini and Pastrami Panini. Both were so so good for a food truck. The eggs in the Breakfast Panini were real (not the powder egg like the other coffee places do). The portion of veggies and protein was very well balanced. So healthy! Not just in Moab, it is not easy to find this quality food when traveling in general. Love it!

This little coffee/food truck is tucked right on Main St. I was very impressed by how good the breakfast panini was though coming out of a food truck. It tasted fresh and delicious. Not like it was microwaved and thrown together. While waiting for the food my girlfriend accidentally knocked over her coffee and it went everywhere. When she went back to buy another one the guy working offered her a free refill after he saw what happened which was very kind. Definitely stop by for a coffee or meal and support these guys. We will definitely be back from now on. It’s also one of the few coffee places that doesn’t seem to shut down seasonally which was nice.

Wonderful breakfast here at this little food truck. I had the double English muffin, and it was scrumptious. Totally worth the extra money versus grabbing something at McDonald’s. It was hot and fresh and just as good as you would expect. Also, I have a vanilla latte and it was pretty good too.

Come every time I’m in Moab and it never disappoints! Perfect morning spot for a smoothie/coffee and a panini. The caprese panini is to die for

If you need solid food in Moab, this is the spot. Honestly, it might be some of the best food in Utah. The panini here isn’t just “good for the road” — it’s notably, memorably good. The bread breaks and crumbles just right, soaking in those perfect proportions of oil and fillings, and every bite hits with real flavor.
I usually eat vegan, and it can be tough finding options out here, but Café Italiano really shows up. My Caprese panini was simple, clean, and absolutely delicious. My buddy got the breakfast panini, and the egg in it was perfect — soft, balanced, paired with cheese that tasted unreal. The pesto brings everything together without overpowering anything. Every ingredient felt intentional.
We had the usual hotel breakfast earlier — folded eggs, cheese, hash browns — and the difference was night and day. This place has real care behind the food. They also have a surprisingly solid coffee list, bigger than you’d expect out here, and the young guy working inside was proud of what they serve, which says a lot.
Quick service, warm energy, and seriously great food. Café Italiano is a must-stop in Moab.

Amazing coffee shop in Moab! Come here every day morning when I in Moab. My favorite is iced raspberry latte, not too sweet, with a fresh raspberry flavor. A must try when traveling to arches national park!

The late I had was superb; not acidic really well balanced with a perfect ratio of espresso to oat milk. And the breakfast panini was fantastic; fresh and flavorful! I highly recommended it.

Best best best quick cup of coffee. They have available outdoor seating.
It’s a small food truck but it’s on Main Street so you can see all the red rocks n and La Sal mountains!
The couple who run the truck are lovely lovely lovely, Kind, friendly , expressive amazing people. Even as I type this I’m smiling because they’re so wonderful.
Our cortado was a punch of flavor and foam was perfect. My cappuccino is somehow fierce strong and creamy without being milky, just wonderful.

We had to come back a second time after having sausage egg and cheese croissants on our first day visiting in Moab. Please try this spot!! Both employees we encountered were very kind and quick service. Lattes are also smackin!

Fantastic little coffee truck with wonderful owners making delicious coffee. We chose Cafe Italiano due to its top rating and were not disappointed. Easy access right downtown with a full breakfast menu (we got the breakfast croissant and another with Nutella). The owners are also a joy to chat with and well travelled around the world. Awesome stop!
