The Coffee and food here are very tasty. I know the owner and she is very kind. The workers could be friendlier and do a better job at making customers feel welcome. It is a small coffee shop but the decorations and setting make the place feel cozy. The outdoor seating area is nice, especially on a sunny day. I recommend this place.

This place is absolutely fantastic from the Secret Garden in the back to the beautifully homemade empanadas to the delicious warm coffee. I would rate it 10 out of 10. If you are looking for something different than Starbucks and need a good hearty breakfast on the go, this is the place to go loved supporting this little local gem on my drive-through Pacific Grove. Everything was amazing!

The selection of coffee’s and herbal teas was convenient. All of our selections were delicious.
The wait to order and receive our items was longer than a trip to Starbucks and but everything was delicious and worth the wait. Also, we got to enjoy the atmosphere and decor. It is a very comfortable place to really and enjoy some good coffee.

Adorable cafe in the beautiful pacific grove, just a block from the beach. Me and the 7 year old biked here for coffee (me) and some banana bread, yogurt and apple juice (them). Everything was yummy. Best part of this place is the charming outdoor seating in back decorated with beautiful plants, whimsical wall art 🙂 true gem

This place is epic. I got the fried beef empanada and the beef croquettes, which were out of this world. My wife got the vegan soy empanada and the soy croquettes which were equally incredible. We shared yucca fries and got the iced mint yerba mates. Everything was made to perfection and absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend. Don’t miss it if you’re here.

Empanada’s – 10/10 – brisket is my fave! Apple crème roll 4/10 – was bland and not sweet enough, Yerba mate drinks are yummy, staff is friendly and quick, the cafe itself is cute and has plenty of seating. We come here every time we are in Monterey. I wish this spot was closer to home. Pro tip: grab a half dozen frozen empanadas and bake them at home.

Love this place! Great coffee. Amazing teas. There is always something wonderful to eat. We have had pork, ham and cheese empanadas with the chimichurri sauce. Outstanding flavor. You must try the Yucca fries.

We came to the Monterey Aquarium and were looking for a good coffee spot. Starbucks was a bit far, so we found this small cozy café nearby. Super nice atmosphere, great coffee, and the barista was a real pro. Highly recommend!
