I love Cafe Graziella so much! It is my go-to out to eat spot. The service is great and I love that it is family owned. They truly embody the Italian culture and atmosphere and it shows through their delicious food. I try something new everytime and I’ve never had a bad meal!! Highly recommend.

I will say this review is not your average. But tonight my family needed gluten free pasta. After all the stores had closed because it was Christmas Eve I thought maybe an Italian restaurant would possibly have gluten free pasta I could possibly purchase (was very dire). After being treated very kindly and understanding the man at the host stand whom I spoke to which I believe may be the owner. Came out with a box of pasta that was gluten free. This was a very generous and kind act especially for Christmas. Please come to this fine restaurant. As a server and bartender for almost 18 years that is the level of decency that would make me want to tell anyone to dine at and support this business.

A little gem hidden in Hillsborough, true Italian, best so far in our area, Hillaria made our dinner experience just like in Napole! The pasta was (of course if you really appreciate the true spirit of food and it’s true flavor ) delicious and you can tell it’s not your average pasta, great ambiance for a family or/and friends, bring your favorite wine or beverage it’s a plus yes you need it! Perfect company to the home like (Italy) meals, definitely a repeat. Grazie !!!

This place is the real deal and not enough people go here. Cafe G has a full Italian menu, the service is amazing, the Sea Bass Lemon Piccata I had was out of this world with lots of fish and perfect sauce. Good place for kids/family. Chicken Parm was solid, Penne with Vodka Sauce – excellent, Lump crab appetizer was excellent, I didn’t love the octopus appetizer (overcooked) but the rest of the meal was perfect. We have this place in our primary Italian food rotation of restaurants.

We’ve been customers here for > 25 years and always had a good overall experience. There has been a definite drop in customer service for some time now. We experienced bad service a few weeks ago for dinner, but chalked it up to a “one off”. Then we returned with a party of 8 (and booked ahead of time). There was total indifference from the manager and wait staff. They sat us down and the wait staff didn’t appear to take orders for 30 minutes. It was early in the evening and they were not even busy yet. I had to ask 3 times for a glass of water! They temperature in the room was near 80 degrees – maybe the AC was out, and we were dripping. Slow service and the food quality appears to have dropped as well. I can no longer recommend Cafe Graziella. Not a great experience from what was once a very nice place to eat.

I expect due to its location this place is often overlooked and that is unfortunate. The food was delicious, service and team members exceptional and atmosphere very relaxing. A shout out to ILidia our server who was so knowledgeable, friendly and simply a joy to talk with.

We ordered four full trays of catering, two with chicken and two with veal. At home we saw the trays had a half, if not a third, of the food that other similar places in the area provide. Thin slices of meat, cut in half to create an impression of more “portions”. Each tray probably had 6 or 7 typical adult servings, not 15 as we were promised. The food was ok, but even our guests commented on how little of it was provided. It’s embarrassing to have this kind of conversation. At $100 per tray, we simply feel cheated. Will never use them again.
I don’t know what happened to the industry after covid, but one is getting tired of getting swindled like this. The only remedy left is to write an honest review and hope it helps others.
