Had a wonderful and meaningful conversation in this cafe with my people of all seasons✨.
Very comfortable and i love their choice of music – very Frenchy haha. I also like their interior design.
Plus their B1T1 breads, love it!

06/07/25. Cafe France
Quick lunch and take out of Almond Bun and Chicken Bechamel Bun prior museum tour.
GOOD:
1. Staff were friendly and ready to assist.
2. Wide selection of pastries.
3. Watch out for the B1T1 promotion on pastries. Sulit.

I visited Café France at UN Square and picked up a piece of bread for a quick snack. The place was clean and service was okay, but I was a bit unsure about the taste of the butter or margarine—they seemed slightly off, maybe even rancid. I hope it was just a one-off. It’s usually a decent spot, so I’m hoping for a better experience next time.

Went here this Friday. Buy 1 take 1 promo for the pastries. We bought pastries for dine-in and take-out, a coffee bun, and an almond croissant. But then, we saw their coffees so we decided to have some for dine-in and tried their pasta as well. Everything is Good! The croissant is small, but their coffee bun paired well with hot mocha and French vanilla. As for the pasta, we tried their lasagna and it’s all was worth it..
P.S. they don’t have restrooms inside. The building’s restroom is located in second floor. You may use escalator or elevator near parking entrance / exit.
Orders:
• Coffee Bun
• Croissant
• Hot Mocha
• French Vanilla

The food is good but the service is very poor. My fourth visit and to be honest it’s as bad as ever. I know it’s basically a fast food outlet but the service really needs attention. If your a group or even a couple, expect to all eat alone as the food is served as and when it’s ready. Once it is served your on your own. The seperate order of coffees never arrived but they tried to bill for them, staff would rather be looking and gossiping rather than paying attention to service. Also saw some scrolling on phones, all adds up to a poor experience. I do like the food, however not enough to visit again, suprised investment in customer service is clearly not a priority when they seem to have the food nailed. I’ll avoid when in the area again.

Breakfast is at best when you eat any breakfast meals here. Even the pasta selections are crazy delicious. Stop by on Fridays for their B1T1 promo.

This place offers great breakfast options and coffee. Have not got the chance to try out other things on the menu yet, but I am sure it is only a matter of time 🙂 The staff are also polite and helpful. The cafe was full of people when I came in, so it cannot be a coincidence. Fantastic experience.

The branch I’m reviewing is actually a Buy 1Take 1 Cafe France/Karate Kid kiosk. The kiosk is a permanently parked van along Pedro Gil Street in front of Qubix Condominium near A.Linao Street. It sells a variety of bread, muffins, croissants, etc. I buy my wheat bread from them weekly. 2 loaves are good for 1 week, priced at P156. Croissants are my next faves-P63 for a pair. The wheat bread surprisingly stays fresh even when refrigerated. Really good deal to shop for quality bread at bargain prices.

Cozy rainy-day café with great vibes and kind staff
Cafe France at UN Square is a lovely little spot—especially on rainy days when you’re looking for a quiet place to unwind. It’s tucked in a convenient location, and the atmosphere is calm and peaceful, making it ideal for a solo coffee break, catching up on reading, or even getting a bit of work done.
☕️ Coffee and food are solid—fresh, well-prepared, and satisfying. Their pastries and sandwiches are particularly nice, and they serve everything with care and a smile.
The staff are lovely—always kind and attentive, which makes the experience even better. You feel welcomed from the moment you walk in.
The only small downside is that the prices are a bit on the high side, especially for the area. It’s not outrageous, but just something to be aware of if you’re dropping by for a quick bite.
Overall:
A cozy, comfortable café with great service and tasty food—perfect for slowing down, especially during Manila’s rainy afternoons. Worth a visit if you’re nearby and don’t mind spending a little extra for the relaxing atmosphere.
