First trip: Great buttery croissants, semi-sweet choc cookie, and espressos. Stars aligned for croissants this day, the BEST I’ve had by far!!! Fantastic Kouign Amann.

Stopped here to kill some time (very close to Ventura hospital). Interior is really spacious and clearly a local favorite as there were a good amount of people here. The drinks were good, I got a matcha latte with rose syrup. Do wish the drinks came out hotter though. And the food was very delicious. If I lived locally I could easily spend time here and read or work.

Good coffee, and enjoy the fresh bread and pastry options. Staff could improve a little with service. 3 stars off for being overpriced for bakery and drinks, rude staff on many occasions. $7.00 for the tiniest cappuccino with oat milk is crazy.

The quality of the bakery items wasn’t as good as expected. I wouldn’t recommend the butter croissant, it was extremely greasy and lacked flavor/quality. The breakfast/brunch items looked good though and I would go back to try them, but not the boulangerie/pâtisserie. Items also felt very high in price. Crossiant was $5.20 and small drinks were $6. Not worth the price for the quality. The service and atmosphere was amazing though!

Oh boy, this place is definitely making it harder for me to lose those extra pounds. Fantastic pasties and bread. Great coffee and friendly staff. Their meals are also hardy and full of flavor. My only issue with this place is all the broken plates and chipped mugs. Every time I go there (which is often) I always get something broken. For as much as you spend, this place should be mindful of what they are sending out. Especially since this place seems to pride itself on quality. There’s nothing that ruins a presentation of beautiful food than a cracked or chipped dish. It’s all part of the experience. Other than that, this place is consistent with their food. The pictures are from the last two weeks of visiting.

I was referred here to get a retirement cake for a co-worker. Flourless chocolate cake, her favorite.

Great French Bakery and Restaurant! Really enjoyed the Croque Madam and a cafe mocha. My wife liked her Ficelle Sandwich with Tri-tip. Great service.

I first discovered this wonderful bakery in 2019. Whenever I visit Southern California namely my friends in Oxnard I make it a point to stop in and grab a box of goodies to take home with me. The baked goods are very close to what I’ve had in France. The only difference being the ingredients are grown and or sourced in the United States which may account for the slightly different flavor.
